Comfortable, quiet, relaxing, just what we needed. Owners are great. I have nothing to offer for improvement. Short jaunt down to the river and benches to escape. Looked for the chipmunk being prepared with some peanuts but he was a no show. Will be back

Nice clean room, but very small. No place to put open suitcases or sit other than the bed and a small bench next to the door. Enjoyed the happy hour with cookies and wine. Breakfast was adequate although I think people who came later did not have the same breakfast casserole as we did. Nice 2nd floor patio to sit and enjoy the evening views and visit with other guests. Stairs are older wooden stairs, covered, but steep.

We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our one night stay. When you stay here you feel like staying in a Mountain Cabin with the classic American Motel vibe. It is super clean and Cozy. A simple continental breakfast is offered and complimentary wine and banana bread when we checked in. Nice touch! Right in the middle of town, we walked to the restaurant and the shops. The owners are on property and we had a chance to have a good chat with Christian. Would definitely go back!

Stayed in January. Rooms and hotel were clean and fresh. Room was small with limited storage and no place to sit but bed. Comfortable bed and linens. Pay Laundry was convenient. Breakfast was good, coffee weak for us. Maybe more attention to having hot water and coffee during day!Afternoon wine and cookies a nice perk. Nice view of mountains. Hosts were cool (maybe respecting privacy?) but helpful. No fireplaces or useable fire pit. Would stay again!

Warm, friendly place. Great owners, very clean room, surprisingly good (hot) breakfast, all located within town. Highly recommend it. The room felt more like a cabin that a hotel room. Even had a deer greet us in the parking lot one morning!

No one was taking precautions for this real Pandemic...Ouray city and surrounding areas were Code Red but everyone at this hotel apparently didn't care. I was very surprised that everyone was acting like this Pandemic was over and the owners didn't show any respect for the Covid 19 virus. The Delta variant is out there and no one at this Hotel apparently didn't care. I will never stay here again and will tell everyone I know not to stay at this Hotel.

HI there, we follow all mandates and recommendations from our local health department and the CDC. All of our staff is fully vaccinated and increased cleaning protocols are in place. Ouray has been very proactive in combating covid 19 in general. We haven't had a hospitalization in over 2 weeks in Ouray county. Firmly in the Green category!

I was traveling with 2 small dogs and owners had rooms available - with or without full kitchen. Owners were so accommodating - loved happy hour from 4:30-6. Even have a small grass area near parking lot - includes patio table and chairs to allow guests to unwind after their travels. Since the Inn is smaller than some locations, makes you feel welcome!!! River only 2 blocks away - short walk. One evening we saw a deer munching nearby!! Inn only 2 blocks from Main Street where restaurants and bars located.

Location was great in the middle of Ouray. Rooms were comfortable although the stairs were steep. Good hot water. Views outside were amazing. Only negative was the service. Reception on check in was just blah not friendly.

Hey there, so glad you found the rooms comfortable and that you enjoyed the views. I'm sorry the fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies and wine at check-in wasn't enough to welcome you warmly.
