Ouray RV Park and Cabins is now open year round! We have 65 full hook up RV sites with 50/30 amp service. The park has been updated with all new electric pedestals, water and sewer hook ups and updated bathroom and laundry facilities. Guests also enjoy excellent satellite and WiFi reception and brand new picnic tables at each of the sites! New for 2015: 3 new riverfront Deluxe 2 story cabins with full kitchens, bathrooms, separate master bedroom suite, living room with DirecTV and a loft. Double French doors open out to an 8 foot deck with relaxing chairs so you can enjoy beautiful views of Mt Abrams and listen to the Uncompahgre River. Our Deluxe cabins will sleep 8 people and include all of the linens and towels. This fall, we will be installing gas fireplaces, outdoor grills and outdoor firepits! We also have 4 camping cabins available--all of which are located on the riverfront and the Ouray Riverwalk. Each cabin has a full bed, 2 bunk beds, a mini refrigerator, microwave and an electric fireplace. Guests may sit on either their front porch or out at their picnic table and listen to the sounds of the river. These camping cabins include all of the linens and towels for your convenience. Our updated restroom and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins. Guests may relax in our Café/Meeting room area that has DirecTV and free morning coffee! Ouray RV Park and Cabins is only a short walk from Ouray Hot Springs Pool and downtown Ouray. Come and enjoy all that Ouray and the surrounding area has to offer in all four seasons!

Very friendly and helpful staff! However, campsite prices seem to be based on views, at least during summer months. All campsites have the same view! It is beautiful to be in a canyon with mountains on either side of the campground which is right off a fairly busy, noisy highway. The "river front" sites do not have a view of the river, anywhere. All rv's using these sites are backed up to a berm, which is a raised bank of land that borders a river. You must walk over the berm, cross a walking path and down the other side of the berm to see the river. In August, at least, or perhaps year round, the water is a golden, yellowish brown that probably has to do with the old mining facilities. None the less, you should not allow your pets in it much less do any wading in it. All in all, none of the sites have a river view even tho the description of the sites and the higher costs associated with them indicates such, it was very misleading. To add to this experience the entire campground is gravel, which makes for lots of dust. Minimal trees to shade the RV's during the heat of the summer months was disappointing, I certainly expected a lot more. It would be beneficial to add paved roads and/or campsites and adding an abundance of trees or shrubbery for much needed eye appeal. It felt as tho you are camping in a dirt parking lot. We ate at the restaurant twice. Very friendly and great food! During covid, there were minimal days and hours for dining. Our $25 prime rib dinner that was superb was served in a plastic to go container. It is just not the same. I am unsure why regular table ware could not have been used. I am certain the dishwasher still worked, which takes minimal staffing if any. The property was well maintained, except for all of the gravel, and clean. I am a repeat guest. Great prices. right on the river. The folks are always super nice. Be sure to check the drawers under the bed before you ask for towels and linens. I just discovered them on this trip. Room is just right for a simple, peaceful getaway.

My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights, and found the campsite and campground to be clean, well-maintained, and staffed by very friendly people. All the hookups were in good condition and easy to access. The WiFi was spotty, but we were near the end of the whole site so maybe it’s better closer to the buildings. We had breakfast from the cafe and they were some of the best omelette we’ve ever had! Very fresh vegetables, and cooked perfectly. The location is nice in that it’s not next to anything noisy, yet a 10-minute walk to the hot springs on a pretty path by the river. The only thing that would make this place perfect would be some sort of privacy screen between campsites, as we didn’t open our blinds much since we’d be staring right into the next camper... but it’s as-advertised so we weren’t disappointed. We will definitely stay here again.…
