I would like to be compensated for the rudeness and incompetency of the hotel staff. There living quarters must be directly above my assigned room, as every night little children were running and screaming until past 11:30 pm. Absolutely intolerable and rude. I will never return there. I would like a refund, and I intend to speak to my credit card company about my options.
