My wife and I spent a week at the Mount Princeton Resort in July 2016 and had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in Room 20 of the Cliffside Rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views of the surrounding mountains and the chalk cliffs were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the use... More

This was a great place to escape the Texas heat and enjoy a whole lot of R&R. This resort is open to the public for daily use (they do not have to have an overnight reservation). We stayed mid-late August so the local children had just headed back to school which offered us a more quiet and less crowded visit.... More

My husband and I just returned home from a two-day stay. Pros: The grounds are beautiful. If you want a scenic place for a wedding, this would be it. Our room and bathroom were quite clean. I am sorry to read that others did not fare well with their rooms. How unfortunate. I guess we lucked out. Our bed was... More

Mt Princeton Hot Springs has expanded their services, especially in the summer months and has something for everyone. The older part of the hot springs is where we go to swim laps and soak, but they do need to do some TLC in the steam room, but overall a great experience.

We spent one night here, mid-week to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had a 6:30 reservation in the restaurant and we arrived 10 minutes early and the hostess refused to seat us until a 20 person party arrived and was seated even though the restaurant was virtually empty at the time. Service was horrendous.... server was rushed because she had... More

Just a quick overnight stay with two teenage grandkids. The room was nothing special but clean and more than adequate. The pools are nice, particularly the upper pool serenity pool and the cascading hot tubs. The water slide is good, faster than it looks because it is not very steep but plenty long enough. The steam room is very good... More

Nestled in the mountains, this little rustic hotel offered the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. From hiking, biking, waterslides and hot springs, there is something to do for everyone. Located in between Salida and Buena Vista, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Lodge was just the vacation I needed. Got some amazing pictures while I was there of Cascade Falls and... More

We did the day pass to the hot springs, and I was impressed. The facilities were pretty well kept and clean. Though my kids are too young for the water slide, it looked like a blast. We enjoyed the novelty of the creek side hot spring. It was around 100 degrees, while the creek itself was pretty cold. Though we... More

We booked a two night stay at the resort a week prior to wanting to get a way. We stayed in a cabin. Cabin 3 on the river. Great little cabin with everything you need. We have two little ones 3 years and younger. They loved it! This is a great place to get away, enjoy nature, the slide, the... More

We stayed here for a relaxing and white water river rafting trip. It was beautiful! The pools were a perfect temperature. The slide was fun and the springs were incredible. The only downside was we didn't have enough time there.
