Starting with the Manager (Kris) was so helpful and polite to deal with. I am here for a long business stay (1.5months) My first choice of Tiny home was not available till the following week. So, for now, I'm staying in the "Farmhouse" How cute this is. Toasty warm and some very cold winter nights. The bed is comfy, no noise, smart TV watching, or sit outside and look at the brilliant stars waiting to be found. I will give an update on my new digs in a couple of weeks.

My husband and I absolutely loved our time here. We have a fifth wheel and stayed here from Dec through March. The park was brand new at that time and it was so fun to watch the tiny homes being delivered, decorated and rented. Decks, grills and firepits being installed...Landscaping was developing and to see how far it has come has been so neat! I feel blessed to have gotten to see it develop to such a great park! I love seeing all the guests here.
The views and sunsets here are so beautiful and completely unique! The deer frequent often too.
My dogs and I walked every morning...a lap around is half a mile!
My children and grandchildren visited and stayed in the tiny home.
Loved being so close to the OHV trails... Right out the door.
The management is super! I can't say enough of Kris!
Pretty sure we'll be back this October! Just can't stay away.
Thank you, thank you for wonderful hospitality!

Great outdoor family gathering spot. Approx 65 attending a wedding reception.... some stayed in a tiny home (all 8 were reserved for us)...some were in the adjacent RV site and some were in tents adjacent to the tiny home area. We enjoyed the 2 fire pits and the great deck with long table and benches. Two corn hole sets. WiFi for music of our choice. Great view. Stars were beautiful. Tiny homes were very clean and compact. Hot water did not last long. Bath houses were comfortable. Diamond in the rough.

Stayed here for our hunting season. Great place to stay with a camper (they have other options too). Full hook ups but also have a well maintained shower bathroom area! Big campground with back in or pull through lots, also tent spots if needed. Easy to book and a fair price.

Place was not cleaned after 4th of July occupants. Checked in around 6:30 pm into White River Casita. Contacted host. She sent over on-site manager who was incredibly rude and abrupt. She acted like we were the ones who left the mess. The appliances had food smeared all over them. Not vacuumed. Outside table full of food. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Hair all over floor. Bathroom rug dirty. Shower clogged and gobs of hair in drain. Questionable if sheets were even changed. Hair in the bed and something smeared on top sheet. Gross!! I brought my own sheets and blankets and used them. This home also didn’t have air conditioner like pictured in the online photos. There was a small blower with broken louvers that pointed at the floor. This did not cool the tiny home. It was 95 degrees out and we were sweating our whole stay. We couldn’t even shower until midnight because it was way too hot in the place. Too hot to sleep, shower or cook. The home was also very grubby. Paint all chipped off going up to loft. Railings grubby, dirty, and sticky. Bedroom had a hole in the wall under the light switch. Blinds had thick dust and food spilled on them. We booked this because of all the great reviews. Our experience was far from what the reviews said or what the pictures portrayed. This was probably nice when it was new, but in 2 years, it’s become run-down and poorly taken care of in this unit. Host responded about not being cleaned when we checked in, but ignored messages after that. She even ignored messages from Airbnb. Very disappointed with our stay. Very disappointed with on-site host and how incredibly rude she was. One person’s bad attitude can be a trip spoiler. Shame on you for acting that way!!!

Just a short distance out of town, this is a gem of a “hotel”!! Peaceful, comfortable, clean, fun accommodations all in your own little home away from home! Great for a quiet couple’s getaway or a group gathering where everyone can have their own house with a central place to gather by the campfire pits. Totally awesome!!
