Great place to stay. Mike and Sally were wonderful Host and Hostess. The Breakfast in the morning is the best I have ever had at a B&B. Quiet, Private, Conveniently located to downtown Manitou Springs. About a half mile walk.

You would have to contact Blues Skies for their rates. I was there May 15 - 18, 2015 for $150/night. To have breakfast delivered for in-suite dining every morning was great!
