Me and my partner chose this motel as its was a good price with a free breakfast. Location was fab for everywhere. Breakfast good. Coffe and hot drinks available in reception all day. Considering it was on main road it was pretty quiet at night.

usually stay in chain hotels. The Magnuson came up on one of my searches. We stayed here 4 nights and was completely satisfied. Front desk really pleasant people and very attentive to our needs. Had a creaky bathroom door which was almost taken care of before I left the office. Breakfast was sufficient and the coffee great. Would highly recommend...

We have stayed at this place 3 other times in the past 2 years. No problems. The owner was sweet and wonderful. My wife has cancer, she was able to smoke outside in the smoking area, they were 420 friendly. Made my 5 day reservation, traveled 12 hours was checking in and seen a no smoking sign. Asked the girl...

So close to so much! Great spot - close to highway, close to Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings...not too far of a drive to Seven Falls or even Pike's Peak (Cog or Railway). Staff/Management so friendly and nice! It's a basic Motel - but kept nicely and has all the basic amenities! Breakfast is...

Loved our stay. Everything was excellent at the hotel. Rooms where clean, breakfast was just what we needed each day and I do recommend the hot tub! The chairs outside the room are a nice bonus. The town is magical and the views majestic!

The staff were extremely nice. Room was very clean and did not look old. Everything worked. Good hot water and pressure. Close to lots of things - Subway across the street. When we compared online before going, several looked the same at this price and it was a toss up. But - after going here and looking at the others,...

We are here during their down season. Took a King suite.. It's perfect.. Every inch is fairly newly remodeled.. Perfect size.. Great bed.. Great linens.. Everything is just very nice, especially for the price.. We haven't made it to breakfast, it closes at 9:30am.. But the staff has been just fine and it's a very clean comfortable place.

Both rooms were decent and clean. Good value. Walked to dinner in downtown from the motel. Spa & pool were quiet and clean. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins & fruit. Will stay there again.

Relaxed atmosphere with the basics all in place. Good location near many shopping and dining options. Smoking ok - two outside chairs per room on main level. Breakfast and Pool. Friendly staff. Comfortable, but not the quietest inside rooms.
