Completely enjoyed our stay at the Green Willow Motel! Close to town (free bus to town or about a 15 minute walk). Lovely creek that runs alongside the picnic area of the motel. Walking path that leads directly to the Garden of the Gods!! Took about 5 - 10 minutes to walk from our cottage to the entrance of the... More

We drove in right before a rainstorm and got the last cottage! This place is NOT a typical hotel chain. What it is.... a wonderful step back in time! Perfectly clean cabin with the charm to boot! A great place to slow down a really remember to relax and have fun ( as I sit on the little porch and... More

The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. Units are older but kept up and clean and the rates are good. I wasn't thrilled to only be able to book a room with double size beds, but surprisingly we slept fine. No AC but with fans and open widows it was very comfortable. It's near a beautiful stream. Shuttle... More

We stayed here on our drive through of Colorado. They are very small cabins but clean and comfy. There is no AC. I asked about the AC and the guy said "the cabins have been here for about 100 years and haven't needed it yet" They did have 2 fans in our room. Loved the smell of the home made... More

It took me a few days to get to my review of this place because I wanted to do it justice. First off, if you are a chain/city hotel snob you shouldn't stay here. But if you need a touch of nostalgia, some really nice folks, and a reasonably priced place to stay do yourself a favor and stay here.... More

The folks were nice here and very accommodating for varied room needs. The rooms were comfortable and there was a nice porch to sit on outside. There was a great walking trail behind the motel that took us to a public pool and hottub that we enjoyed daily.

Kids have a blast playing in the creek. Beautiful grounds. Super clean cabins and friendly, hard working staff. We will be back....very quiet. We stayed here 10 years ago with family and after our initial shock of no ac, enjoyed the simple, peaceful surroundings. It's right on the highway and one can here a bit of road noise, but it's... We have stayed here before in cottage #8 but when I called, a month in advance, I was told that cottage was unavailable and we were offered a larger cottage nearest the road, #12, at the same price (a savings of $10). However, when we checked in, they offered that same cottage to the gentleman in line before us! When... More

Such a nice place for a night or two and not staying in chain hotels. Nice but very dated cottages , small but clean , no airco though! Very friendly owners and more than 60 years in the family. Nice to sit on your own porch or in the gardens close to a stream. No breakfast but across tje street... More

This place was nothing short of amazing! We chose it because we love to support small town mom and pop businesses. It has a retro feel and very comfortable! The people working there were all great! The landscaping was beautiful and there was plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. It sits creekside, which has a little... More
