Tom and Sally run an excellent bed and breakfast and are terrific and accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can stay while hiking or biking the area, I would suggest you stay here without hesitation. The rooms are very nice and look out on terrific scenery. Breakfasts are made in front of you in the... More

Tom and Sally, our hosts, are simply great people. Lost Canyon Lake is not too difficult to locate, and is isolated enough to offer peace and quiet while still serving as a great base from which to explore the Four Corners. Tom gave us invaluable advice on spots to visit, and Sally's breakfasts are divine. The accommodations are wonderful. We... More

My girlfriend and I spent three amazing nights at Lost Canyon Lake Lodge in August. Tom and Sally were wonderful hosts. Enjoyed spending time with them discussing the lodge history, local sights among other things. Our room was spacious, homey and very comfortable. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub. The lodge is out in the woods making it... More

I agree with everyone else. The location was quiet, easy to find, beautiful, and the lodge itself is spectacular. Nice places to walk nearby. Would be a great place for a family reunion or a small wedding. We were glad we had our ice chest because it's a bit of a haul to restaurants. Great birding on the lake. We... More

Kind hosts. Great breakfasts. Superb location for peace & quiet, back off the main road but easily accessible. The "lake" is a small pond. Huge room with view of the lake. Lots of outdoor sitting areas to just relax.

I found this wonderful bed and breakfast online by accident...and am I glad I did!! Words can not describe the beautiful accomodations and views from this lodge. Each of the 4 bedrooms were cozy, and each had a private bath. The two king rooms have picture windows that look out over the lake. The wooded setting on the lake couldn't... More

This lodge is beyond beautiful, the views and property are breathtaking, very secluded. Owners Tom and Sally couldn't have been more accommodating, breakfast was great and every restaurant Tom recommended for dinner was outstanding. We stayed for two nights and I truly wish we could have extended our trip to stay longer, thank you Tom and Sally for making us... More

We found this B&B on Tripadvisor, as a base for touring Mesa Verde National Park. We were extremely happy we did!! The Lost Canyon Lake Lodge is located on County Road 35.3 (!!), which is off Rt. 184, somewhere between Dolores and Mancos. While driving there we weren't sure what we were in for, but as soon as we drove... More

We stayed at Lost Canyon Lake Lodge in June, 2013. The accomodations were lovely and the hospitality was great. Lodge is a separate building from the owners home (joined by deck area). Large livingroom, game area, kitchen & dining on main level and separate bathrooms for ea of the four upstairs bedrooms. There are a couple restaurants - about 7 or... More

We loved staying at Lost Canyon Lake Lodge - we were in the Fall King room. It was great to come from Mesa Verde, a short drive, and be met by Sally who welcomed us and gave us tips for dinner. There was home made cake and fruit to munch on. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic with a beautiful... More
