From the ratings I thought we were in for a treat. This is a typical RV park. But the sites are small... the wifi was poor. The pool was standard. Community propane grills were nice. Nice staff. Bathrooms/showers were slightly above average.

We were traveling through and needed overnight only. I called an hour before arrival, my call was answered by live person and they accommodated our 33' motorhome towing 12' motorcycle trailer. We had a pull-thru shady site, water/elec, used dump station on way out. Clean showers with good water pressure. We would definitely stay here again either overnight or longer...

This park was very clean, and the staff was friendly. I would call and check on your registration before you arrive. They had us coming in on the wrong date; however they were quick to find us a spot for the night.

This RV Park was surprisingly small for all of the amenities they offered. The pool was on the cool/cold and refreshing side. We never did use the hot tubs or laundry. The shower facility was nice. Upon arrival, I was a bit nervous about going up the road, making the turn and getting in to our pull through spot, but...

Almost right across from the park entrance - very clean. Great service. We even were escorted to our spot. One quirk is that the office is only open until 5PM so if you check in after that you have to make special arrangements. Nice quiet views. Nice pool and hot tub. Good shade. Clean bathrooms and showers.

This RV park might be one of my favorites ever, everything is professionally done and the pride of ownership shows through in every detail. The staff is friendly, The sites are really clean, the bathroom is clean and spacious, and even the propane facilities seem Brand new.

We stayed here with our family in a 15 foot pop up and did not need the AC therefore we did hear the noise off the main highway I'm a light sleeper. Large laundry facility, very clean bathrooms and showers and very helpful staff. Cold pool not heated 65 degrees end of June, spas where just warm not hot. Nice...

Of the amenities advertised the only one that was true was the nice new bath house. The pool was freezing (66 degrees) and the hot tubs were broken most of the time we were there. The wifi also didn't work and they had signs saying you could use the office wifi if you wanted to sit in the sweltering laundry...

Cannot say enough about the helpfulness of the staff. Our truck broke down and the staff drove me for 2 hours to pick up a rental car, and they were very helpful as we had to stay a couple extra days. The facilities here are also top notch. The pool and the bathrooms/showers are spotless. GREAT RV resort.

We chose this resort because of cost - good prices for FHU and the start of the summer tourist season - and proximity to Mesa Verde National Park (1/2 mile to the main gate) We had site 15, a pull through site, and access was easy and the site decent size for 32 ft trailer. We had a tree, but...
