Ok we drove over 900 miles in one day and .needed a room for two adults and a very well behaved malamute. This place had one room left for a dog. 15 pet fee. Really? The room was ok. The parking lot was not snow plowed. No dead lock on room door. No plastic ddrinking cups in the room. The... More

First the positives--beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room had a full size fridge and a microwave. AC worked well. Rates are among the lowest in Limon. Now for the negatives--bathroom was deplorable. Black mold growing on tile and on ceiling. Tub had no stopper nor did sink. Water took 30 minutes to drain out of tub. Deadbolt on door... More

We had to find a motel due to problems with our rv. This place was cheap. You could see why. Every negative review is 100% correct. It felt like something in a scary movie. We would have left but it was already so late. The one good review must have been written by the owner. We stayed down a dark creaky... More

When I walk into a hotel I'm looking for four things: cleanliness, safety, a good night of sleep and value for my money. Was 1st Inn clean? Yes. Did I feel safe here? Yes. Did we all sleep well? Yes, very well. Do I feel I got a good return on my money? Yes. Are the owners/managers young and tattooed?... More

First of all, Limon is a hole in a wall stop off. So get your gas, pee and move on. There's NOTHING there, it's like a ghost town BARELY surviving. It thrives because it's a fuel stop between two LONG points of a LONG drive from East to West. There are 2 exits. Heading west, SKIP the first exit, that's... More

Traveling coast to coast westbound with wife and two kids on the way to Boulder CO from Salina KS. The town of Limon is nothing to write about and gas is about 60 cents more expensive than in Salina. This motel was ok, not very clean, not fancy, but cheap..... Only fifty a night. I put a tshirt on top... More

I stopped here because it was storming and everything else in town was booked. This place is disgusting. The furniture was filthy, the bathtub had scum and hair in it, there were roaches, my 7 year old was scared and so was I. the room may have been worth $5 a night not the $86 I paid before I knew... Got in town and it was the only hotel available and it is the cheapest by far. Should have known there was a reason why. Its a shady place in a bad area. The carpet is nasty and around the bed was a lot of debris from a lack of proper sweeping. Do not recommend this hotel will not stay... More
