It was a good experience. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful, food was good and the room was very comfortable to stay in. Room service was quick, I needed some utensils and dishes they took less than 5 minutes to send it to my room. Good hotel, recommended ✌️

Overall stay was comfortable, room is clean, toiletries were provided, the towels were new and fresh, and surprisingly in-room dining is great - must try the burgers! We've been visited HANSA premium residence hotel last night for enjoying Valentines day special candlelight dinner on rooftop besides swimming pool. It was amazing five course set menu and we really enjoy all the food as well as the beautiful calm and quite ambience of pool Area. We have been served by Mr. Rakib an amazing personality. Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check in and check out were professionally handled and easy. For the wifi, 807rooms need to improve the signal strength. Cannot connect when lay on bed.

Heard about Hansa through friends as they have a swimming pool on there rooftop. They have two swimming packages, with and without food. We decided to go with the food package. It includes burger, fries and one glass of fresh juice. Love it. The food was really fresh after a refreshing experience from the pool water. Me and my friends enjoyed thoroughly throughout the time. Would love to come again and again.

Me and my husband got to know about Hansa's Iftar cum buffet dinner which costs BDT 5000 buy one get one free. We decided to check their restaurant and also the hotel. The iftar buffet was really nice, a lot of variety of fried foods and fritters. They also have special haleem which was very delicious. Following the dinner buffet food were delicious likewise. It's worth the price and still you want to eat more. We loved the food. It was one of the best in entire Dhaka city. 👍👍👍

I recently stayed at Hansa Residence in Uttara and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a serene environment, making it a perfect place to relax during your visit.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas.
What really made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff, especially the F&B member, Israt. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always offering service with a warm smile. Her attentiveness and special treatment truly stood out and added a personal touch to my experience.

Me and my wife stayed in Hansa for a day as we had to catch an Int. Flight to Dubai. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Washroom facilities are very high class. We had the buffet breakfast which was complimentary with our room and which was delicious. We got variety of food, very hygienic and tasty. Rooftop swimming pool has a scenic view at night time. Staffs are very cordial and you see their smiling face coming across them. Me and my wife loved staying in Hansa. I would recommend for everyone.
