So we came here because of the combination of the hot spring and the massage offerings. We cancelled our appointment in Evergreen in favor of the combo. The rudeness of the staff was surprising for a place that is touted as relaxing and rejuvenating. I will say that the massage itself was incredible due to Tara who has magic hands.... More

We booked this room, as the last night to our trip to red rocks, Estes Park, and Boulder. Unfortunately for us, we got new tattoos on our trip, so we couldn't go in the cave, or the springs, or the mud. We arrived very late, and they were accommodating and nice. They arranged for us to get our key, and... More

After reading all the reviews, I was skeptical but wanted to experience it for myself. I went with a friend for her birthday and we decided to go to to geothermal caves and main pool after talking to a friendly staff person. We first headed down to the caves. The locker room was clean and not as small as people... More

Things are getting better at this place. The service was great. I really missed the Indian music and indian and western gifts in the gift shop. If I want to buy oriental things I will go to an oriental store. So my grandsons did not get a gift this year. I did not see any fools gold. or any indian... More

If you like quirky and curious, with a side of occasionally super hot water, helpful staff, and a taste of the tropics, this place might be for you. Yes, the rooms are older-but ours have been clean (in the lodge and inn), quiet, and comfortable. We had wi-fi and cable. The hot springs are curious-the main spring pool has a... More

Another year and this place is changing for the good. Good changes: Staff is so friendly and outgoing. Umbrellas on the picnic tables to keep off the water (Super Idea). A eating area up stairs for a picnic for the day. Great way to use the space. Improvements still needed at the Inn Rooms. Would like the Indian music played... More

I have not been here for years and gave it 2nd thoughts after reading reviews, but pleased I made the effort. Contrary to what I read the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean, locker room was nicely remodeled, and the caves were well lit and very clean with new mats and no smell of... For a trip back in time to old world charm and simplicity, this is the place. I highly recommend spending a bit extra and staying in the main hotel or one of the cabins as opposed to their motel-grade rooms across the street. It's a bit surreal to drive up into the rockies and enter their hot springs source swimming... More

Unique experience but probably will not visit again. Expensive for the quality. They have individual hot spring pool rooms that are clean but ... really feels like a swimming pool and not a "hot spring".

Do not allow yourself to book a stay at the Indian Springs Resort. They say it was constructed in the 1850's. As best I could determine, the last time any maintenance, repair or upkeep occurred was approximately 1860. The place was dirty, the staff was rude and incompetent; the room was poor. My wife decided not to avail herself of... More
