We came from Steamboat Springs where we had gone to Strawberry Hot Springs. I enjoyed Hot Sulphur Springs more. We stayed in the one cabin that they have and it was the best night sleep on our trip. Open the windows and beautiful view. Great for couples. My skin was so dry when I got there, but soon was as... More

The desk staff were very nice, but were really only interested in explaining the rules of the place to us. A bit off-putting when you're checking in after many hours on the road as a registered guest. But...wow, what is the management thinking? The pools, decks, coverings, and rooms are all run-down and the decor and amenities are spartan. This... More

Was in real need for massage and always wanted to try a hot spring. Had massage by Alex who was the best masseuse I have ever had. She was absolutely terrific! The springs helped to work out the kinks also. What makes this place so special is that they have some 20 different "tubs" with different temperature ranges. They did... More

Hot Sulphur springs is located a village with the same name, which about 1hr50min drive from Denver (96miles).and 13min drive from Granby Co. In Hot Sulphur Springs, there are seven natural springs flowing above the largest fissure that have been flowing constantly for hundreds of years, surfacing at about 104ºF to 126ºF. Over 200,000 gallons of natural hot mineral-rich water... More

There does seem to be something (a mineral?) in the water that worked wonders on our aching backs, but the place sure needs a face lift, some TLC, and a thorough cleaning. We had been horseback riding for a few days and spent an hour or so there late afternoon/early evening. We were all hesitant to get in the pools--nothing... More

I am a local from Winter Park and I have been going to the Springs for 20 years, sometimes during the day and sometimes at night. I took some out of town friends during the day and was totally embarrassed and saddened at how unkempt the property had become. It's very obvious that NO cleaning or maintenance has been done... We love to visit this resort when we are in the area because most of the hot sulfur spring tubs are small and quaint. There are larger pools inside and outside depending on the temperature desired. We usually start in the covered pool of about 98 degrees and gradually work our way up the hill to the 109 degree pool.... More

I have to change my original review from Love Love Love to may never return. On our 14th trip to these people they treated us poorly. We rented a room, and went to the pools, while one of our party choose to camp, so we paid separately for her to enter. Well the next day, even though only a few... More

Great springs pools...could with some maintenance work but otherwise great! Plan on spending most of the day relaxing there to make it worth the time to drive there and the money to get in. Gorgeous views on the drive there as well and only 2 hours outside Denver.

The rooms need to be updated. The hot springs are nice because you have lots of different natural pools to pick from. When we first got there and checked in, we were given a room with a double bed and barely enough room to walk around it. We went back to the office and they gave us a room with... More
