DoubleTree Denver Tech checked all the boxes: comfortable, clean, and quiet. Then, we got home and realized our child's favorite stuffed animal was still lounging in bed at the hotel. Everyone, from housekeeping, to the front desk, to Drew, remained in contact with us, helped organize shipping, and made sure this all too important stuffy made it back into our child's arms. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!
Everything about this property is great! From the time we entered to the time we left we felt comfortable. We’ve stayed in some high end places and while their decor is higher end, the service and accommodations are every bit as nice here. We stayed here the last time we were in Denver over 5 years ago and recognized two of the restaurant’s wait staff. Any hotel that can retain wait staff that long is doing something right.
On Satirday, 2/25/2023, this hotel was the location of a large Mardi gras party event. It was not a complete buyout as you could still book online at Hilton.com the day of the event. The hotel management allowed event security to search every guests' luggage for outside alcohol to get past the front desk, whether or not they were event attendees or not. Event security literally was forcing every guest of the hotel to open up their suitcases and bags on a table next to the front desk, (for alcohol!). Upon speaking to the manager, we were told the event had taken over the hotel in entirety and there was nothing he could do (he was very quick to offer a cancellation/refund though), knowing this was a problem. I understand checking bags at the event entrance for outside alcohol, but to search every guests suitcase before going to their room is huge overstep.…
Nice location. Great staff. Wonderful rooms with personal touches on checkin. Warm cookies. Snacks available if you check in late. Restaurant Great for breakfast. Large rooms with comfy bed and great views. Easy parking
For my business trip, my room was immaculately clean and had fresh decor. I am extremely fussy about room cleanliness and this hotel meets my expectations. The staff was more than professional and willing to go the extra mile to help. I would definately stay there again.
We had an all-day corporate event for 150 people and Kristin and her staff did a fantastic job. They were accommodating, flexible, friendly and everything was on time and correct. I would definitely recommend them for any event.
This is a fading property. Either needs a substantial investment in renovation or significant cost reduction for budget travelers. Carpet in public spaces reeks of smoke and cleaning product. No microwaves in rooms, The bathroom sink in my room did not drain. Weird rust corrosion on towel shelf in shower. Toilet piping actually leaked on floor in bathroom entire time. Lobby "cafe" wasn't open entire stay, including weekday mornings. Parking: additional charge, despite being in a totally suburban region. If you can stay here on a corporate expense spreadsheet to cover over-charging for any small amenity - have at it. Otherwise, there are better values nearby. And no, didn't get the cookie. Wasn't even clear where to get one, despite the "warm cookie" being the seemingly biggest marketing message to promote the property. Folks who worked there - kind and friendly, but that doesn't make up for a sub-par lodging experience at an overpriced rate. …
Friendly and accommodating staff. We enjoyed the Indoor and outdoor pools with lounge space. Their on-site restaurant was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious.
They double booked my credit card and I have been calling for two weeks every single day trying to get a manager on the phone finally talk to the controller or assistant and they still messed it up they now have my money and have not given me a credit
DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Tech Center was beat up. Rooms were not all equal. Looked like furniture was all picked up on the curbs. Meeting room area bathrooms were leaking. A mess. Mopped once in awhile but not fixed. Staff was good! Thank goodness. Drop off area is poorly thought out.
