Room was clean and spacious (king suite with sofa bed). King bed was in a separate room from sofa which was nice. There was also a table in the room. Door to room didn't seem to always latch securely without deadbolt. Staff very friendly. Laundry on site was useful and inexpensive. Disappointed that hottub was out of order but indoor pool is heated. Pool towels are small but available on shelves in pool area which was convenient. Breakfast was very good with wide selection. Would have given it five stars if hot tub was working. Easy to access from highway and close to several restaurants. Room was quiet with heavy curtains that blocked light well, and bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We had a cot too which met needs but left something to be desired in the way of comfort. Would stay again.

I stayed in a King bed room for 3 days here and had a bunch of work to do around town. The DTC location is perfect, there are at least 4 great restaurants less than a 5 min walk away and it's easy to drive to pretty much anywhere in South and Central Denver. The staff's super polite and were genuinely hospitable, rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, and the fitness center and pool are a nice plus

The check in was smooth and the friendly staff helped me with dinner recommendations and provided information on travel time to my destination the next morning. They were also very accommodating when I decided to stay a second night.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was occassional noise outside room due to heavy doors shutting. The bathroom could do with a minor refresh (paint and new grout for tiles.

Hot water was plentiful and the tub was deep enough for me to have a soak (I'm a rather large person).

Location provides easy access to the southern and eastern suburbs of Denver since the motel is only a few minutes west of 1 25.

Walls cracking like there had been an earthquake. Wallpaper peeling as though it was just thrown on over decay. Spider greeted us and hid in large gap in tiles and wall. The bathroom and the jetted tub/shower crypt will only vent air if the forced air to the whole unit is on. Which will ONLY heat. No air moves without heating. No a/c, no air or fans without heat - NO matter what temperature you set it on. We had to open the ground floor windows to sleep which was unsafe. It just felt "icky". The breakfast was so disgusting I couldn't even tell what the little burrito was made of. I couldn't identify the ingredients as food that I recognize so I did not continue eating it, The pancakes and syrup were a joke. Not good at all. it makes me shudder now, weeks later. The bed was worn and dipped where people slept and stiff. I've tried to add photos and reviews on Google and finally one review stuck. I can't find the photos or link them to the google review, which makes it not very helpful.

The entire 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke and even after I reported it twice, nothing was done and we were there for 4 nights. I reported it to the same front desk person twice, as well as caught that same person sleeping at the front desk twice. We killed 39 ants in our bathroom in a 24 hour period and reported that and nothing was done. We booked a King Suite with a Jetted Tub, but when we got there they gave us a regular King with no jetted tub and tried to charge us for the jetted tub, until I confronted them about it and then they changed my rate. It was a great location but a very bad experience for us.

My main issue was NO ONE was enforcing the mask requirements - including for staff. I get that it is a hassle and probably the last thing employees want to deal with, but it was the rules when I was there and at the very least the people behind the counter should be wearing them. I think I was the only guest wearing a mask.

The property needs to be updated. The refrigerators are noisy and don't work well. The tvs don't fit the furniture - there was a plant in the cabinet where the tv should have been and the tv was on top of the dresser blocking the mirror on the wall. The bathroom and chair in the room were pretty worn.

There was a night manager who was very nice and helpful (he was from the UK I think), the older gentleman working during the day was pretty rude when I asked a question.

The best part of the place was the food hall within walking distance across the parking lot so there were plenty of choices for meals.

Check-in was uneventful, front desk staff were nice and polite. The first room I was assigned was awful. The bathroom was dirty with previous guest hair visible on the floor. The curtains in room 218 are so dry rotted they shred upon touching them. The in room safe was locked, I was told it will take the maintenance crew 2 hours to get around to opening it so I could set my own combination. While waiting I googled the problem and fixed the issue myself. This hotel should consider changing the default maintenance code. The room heated to 81 degrees, I reported it and maintenance came up to check it out. The maintenance guy said nothing to me while checking it out. He disassemble the system, reassemble it and checked the vent to verify air was blowing and left without saying one word. After 20 minutes the tempature was still 81 degrees. I noticed the hallway was much cooler as I made my way to the front desk to report the issue was not resolved. It was at this point I was offered a different room (317). This room must have been be room used in the online photo shoot. It was much better. I still refuse to use the in-room safe because of the default combo situation. The maintenance guy actions proved hes incompetent and should look fir other emoyment. I won't be back norvwill I recommend the place.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous. They are still following COVID protocols, which I appreciated, despite being fully vaccinated. Because of the protocol, breakfast was served, rather than self-serve, but there were a good variety of options. This would have been 5-starts, but the wifi was not working consistently. I would have mentioned it but luckily I didn't need to spend much time in the hotel, other than for sleeping. I expected others to complain about it, but it was not fixed, so maybe it was just me. I didn't mention it, so I can't be too upset. That's on me.

We will definitely be back especially when our navy son comes to visit. We have since relocated 2 1/2 hours away. We used to live nearby so it was a central location to visit old friends when visiting Denver.

Many of the outlets don't work. The cold tap in the bathroom sink scalded my child. The water eventually got cool, but 5 minutes later, the water from the cold tap was boiling again! There were large cracks in the wall showing that part of the room was sinking! Don't stay here.
