I stayed here in September for 3 nights. Upstairs rooms are not very convenient. We liked the downstairs rooms better. It's very cozy and calm place. Saw a lot of regulars here. Rooms look different than your usual hilton/marriott hotels but they are very in good condition. Rooms have a rustic vibe to them. Staff is very good. Renne and...

Stayed for two nights in July, 2015. Everything about our stay was great from the room. the courtyard and surrounding area, the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. For the time of year and location the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this hotel. Are making plans to stay there again next year.

I only stayed for two nights but I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic and they even turned the heat on for me, and it was late May! In the morning the breakfast options were plenty and varied. Always something homemade on offer. I wish I had stayed longer!

Other reviewers have described the Greeley Guest House (GGH) as a cross between a hotel and a Bed & Breakfast and we agree with that description. Further, many reviewers go into great detail explaining the many virtues built into the structure and operation of the GGH so we won't duplicate their words here. However, it is worth mentioning that the...

. We came to Greeley for a wedding and the breakfast room was large enough for the family to sit and visit while enjoying the wonderful breakfast served each morning. Our room was spacious, quite, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again if we get the opportunity.

Our family spent 3 nights here and it was great! Home made, wonderful breakfast each morning ... fabulous! Nice large rooms. Ours had a fireplace and a small refrigerator too. We had other family members in 2 other rooms (one with a 9 month old baby, the other just a couple) and we all enjoyed the Greeley Guest House. Two...

My husband and I stayed here last weekend for one night as we were passing through to the Rockies. It is off the beaten path but it is artistic, aesthetic, quiet, calming...great freshly made breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone. Nestled away from the interstate in a quiet neighborhood, but not hard to find.

Everything we could want. And the view of the Rocky Mountains is expansive! And excellent breakfast. The staff is on the ball and had lots of good tips about visiting the area. Our rooms were spotless.

this was AMAZING! so far exceed expectations. the rooms are ginormous. the staff are delightful, respectful and responsive. the views/location is rustic and quite (especially second floor rooms facing east toward the Rockies!), the breakfast is for real (home-made entrees, full continental buffet bar, good coffee, hot water for tea), the beds are nice (moderately firm - perfect), the rooms...

Needing to spend nearly 3 weeks in Greeley the Guest House was the perfect place to stay, very good rates with a homely feel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and assistance - in addition they were all very polite with no issue being a problem. The added bonus is the wonderful breakfasts included - don't think...
