Be aware that dogs are allowed at this property which means you may have barking/whining in the room next to you. Unfortunately, we also had a poor experience when they failed to service/clean our room which meant we had to go down and get our own clean towels and washcloths.

My family stayed at La Quinta this summer and had a great experience while there. Service staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. Great pool and continental breakfast. Will stay there again!

Visited this hotel twice in July with my children while passing through the area. Bad: the area is being invaded by the elm seed bugs, and on my second occasion, the room was filled with them, including on top of my comforter. I understand that they are harmless, but maybe a discounted rate is in order. The pool is wonderful! Beds good. Breakfast plentiful but eggs tasted powdered.

I've stayed at dozens and dozens of hotels in past years. Some were good, some were bad, most were so-so. We stayed at this La Quinta inn on our way from Colorado to Montana with our four-year-old granddaughter and two cocker spaniels. I can say without a doubt that everything from booking to check out was beyond stellar. Check-in was quick, easy, and completely hassle free. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and wonderfully large and perfect. Wow! Even the hair dryer was above average - a nice surprise as I usually bring my own but didn't this particular time. The next morning's breakfast was just as much a treat. A plethora of everything from fruit and yogurt to sausages and gravy. Even the orange juice was super fresh and tasty and worth two helpings for sure lol. The kitchen staff were friendly and eager to assist us with anything we needed. Later that morning my granddaughter and I were afforded a chance to visit the pool - but wouldn't you know it - I didn't have sunscreen! The girl behind the front counter left and unlocked every single counter and drawer to try and find some (the sundries store was out of it). Despite her best efforts we could find none. One of the staff, Carrie (sp?), overheard our dilemma and went to her car to lend us some of hers. Wow. Slathered in sunscreen, we then enjoyed the crystal clear pool amongst a beautiful, well kept area which even provided extra towels for the guests. Wow. The rest of the grounds were just as well kept and pretty. Finally it was time to go; my astute husband had requested a late checkout which was given to us (the now extremely fatigued Nana and grandpa with super energetic pre-schooler, Lexi) with absolutely no problem. In fact, when the front desk clerk checked on us (we were a half hour past our agreed check out time unbeknownst to me as my absent hubby - had made the arrangements) she was very sweet and understanding. She even went out of her way to fetch me a cart. Wow. Despite this helpful bunch of extra time- I managed to leave Lexi's sippy cup behind. Luckily the housekeeper, Ricky, ran to catch us down in the lobby where I was dosing myself with caffeine. Wow. Disaster averted! Then literally, not even five minutes later she was back again with the baby blanket- wow again! Sooooo ..... suffice to say that this hotel not only provided a wonderful, well needed restful night's sleep but it's' awesome staff kinda saved our behinds not once, not twice- but over and over again with kindness and grace. WOW!!
