I was on the 3rd floor, pool below and ice machine just across the hall. It was 103 degrees both days there. Everything worked, was extremely clean and was quiet. Never heard anyone above me or TVs adjacent and the pool area wasn’t noisy either. Personnel were super friendly, good at their job, I didn’t wait checking in/out. A lot of attention to detail with everything. The hot bar was re-filled when low. I am now a La Quinta fan and will look to stay at this chain because of my experience here at Grand Junction Crossroads La Quinta!! P.s. A/C was great and quiet as well.

We usually stay at Hilton brand hotels so it has been awhile since staying at La Quinta. We were in Grand Junction for my husband's meeting and this was the hotel recommended. We found it to be very nice. Room was spacious with good temperature control. Nice sized refrigerator with freezer that was in a separate area with a microwave on the counter (not in the dresser). The two room negatives were a lumpy bed and toilet that was extremely noisy when flushed. Breakfast was nothing special with instant oatmeal, waffle maker and usual continental items. However, whatever kind of sausage links they used were better than most hotels. One problem the hotel had was the keys for all rooms were not working and the poor desk clerk was alone and had people lined up to have keys re-made. She had a good attitude in a difficult situation. I hopevto return to Grand Junction and would stay here again.

I was having eye surgery at ICON Eye Care and spent the night before my surgery. They let us check out late at 1 after my surgery at 7 a.m. so it was wonderful to relax in the hotel room before my post op appointment. The rooms were nice, I think they've updated the hotel.

The room was more expensive than I remember and breakfast was a bit weak - white bread and bagels for toast, cereal, and instant oatmeal. There was nothing fresh or healthy so we were disappointed that there was no fruit or eggs.

Wall paper thin you can hear everything in the rooms next door

Breakfast mediocre and very unevironmentally friendly polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery no option to recycle anything. Buffet style which in covid times needs sanitiser in the breakfast room with everyone handling utensils there was none to be seen.

Noisy guests and children running up and down the corridors and parents who can't control them.

Previous guests tooth floss found in the shower

Laundry service nothing short of appalling 1 washing machine and 1 dryer to service all the guests in the hotel was a constant battle to get to use the machines. This was very stressful beyond belief when as a business traveller you use the weekend to sort your laundry for the following week.

If I could rate the place a zero I would

I believe you have the wrong hotel, we use paper products for breakfast. As for noisy children and how to avoid them, I would recommend perhaps an Air BnB for future travels, being that we are a hotel, sometimes other guests do join us.

This was a wonderful place to stay after the whole debacle in Green River, UT. It's quietly nestled off the freeway with plenty of on-site free parking. I ended up driving from UT for another 1.5 hrs. late at night and they easily accommodated my 9PM check in.

When I got to the room, it was freshly made, clean, and comfortably at 72F. The WiFi worked surprisingly well that evening and the next morning. Pillows were comfortable and sheets looked freshly laundered. I had asked for a quiet room if possible as it was so late and I just needed somewhere to sleep until checkout. I slept like a baby that night. The TV was a bit limited in channels (maybe 15-20 at most) but I had my iPad and laptop for any sort of entertainment.

The front desk was incredibly kind that evening and recommended some local restaurants as I was starving and just wanted to relax after 7 hours of driving without caving into a fast food binge.

Morning breakfast was the usual affair, and I ended up at it a bit towards the end - but there was still plenty of food to eat and fuel up for the next leg of the trip.

The work desk was great, and chair was surprisingly comfortable. I was at least able to do a little work before turning inf for the night.

If I really had any complaints, it's that there was no rhyme or reason to what light switches turned off what. One would turn off the hall and bedside lights, one another set. I eventually figured it out but was so confused as to why the hall switch turned off the bedside lamps. Small beans in the end. Also, the "Do Not Disturb" sign is more of a tag (the green thing on the dresser) that you have to stick in the card slot.

Thank you to the staff in Grand Junction for making what was a stressful and upsetting day, a lot better.

Just spent the one night here on our ride trip through Colorado and on way to Moab, Utah. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very updated and modern. Of course we took our own sanitizing supplies and couldn’t even pick up a trace of dirt, dust, or grime on the wipes. I was very pleased and loved the bright, modern bathroom with large shower. The water pressure was a little less desirable. Only minus about the room was the microwave lights reflected in the full length mirror right in my eyes, while in bed, and we had a connecting room with thin walls and the neighbors were very loud very late. But it’s not the hotel’s fault they were loud and inconsiderate. I didn’t give 5 stars because there was no included breakfast due to Corona. I found this a little ridiculous, as restaurants are open and they could have served us something with distancing. Hotels in Texas and Utah served us breakfast to either take back to the room or eat at distanced tables or on patio. Even a sack with breakfast sandwich and a bottle of juice or water. But not the horrible granola bar, bagel, or yogurt that only one Colorado hotel offered. It was odd that 1 hotel in Colorado offered something and 3 others didn’t. The front desk personnel were very friendly and fulfilled my request of a room facing away from the highway. I would definitely stay here again on the next trip through Grand Junction and will try to book further ahead.

This is a very clean hotel. The front desk staff are accommodating and truly know which rooms would be a good fit for you, I was in room 500, near the elevator and I did not hear it at all. I do use earplugs but overall, it was quiet. In room coffee was nice. Breakfast was not anything out of the ordinary for a continental breakfast. Dove shampoo and soap were provided. They had a hair dryer too. Definitely a high selection choice for my when staying in Grand Junction.

Very nice rooms for the price, friendly attentive staff. I stayed in 8 different hotels on a road trip to see the eclipse, all in the $80-$120 range, and this was the best of them by a large margin. Only had 1 complaint about a fan not working. They could not fix the fan or offer another room but, they compensated me on the bill. I was very happy with this resolution.

We travel with our two dogs so LaQuintas have become our go-to hotel brand. Grand Junction's LaQuinta is conveniently located off the main highway. Our king-bed room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking dogs in the neighborhood seemed safe and easy with sidewalks in a combined commercial and motel area.

However, as with too many hotels, there is no way for guests to recycle.

Breakfast was substantially better than other restaurants with an attentive and friendly lady continually replenishing the food/drinks. Would recommend.

We stayed there on July 15 and we've stayed there two other times. It's always nice and clean. They were still doing some landscaping but the hotel was great, as it always is.
