Eagle Eye Ranch is a large property in the beautiful mountain town of Granby, CO. We shared EER Ranch with 2 other families (12 of us total) Plenty of individual space as well as areas for the family to get together. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed. Lots of prep space and eating areas. The new fire pit area with chairs is WONDERFUL, we enjoyed several hours in the evening talking and looking up at the stars. The guys enjoyed fishing down the road in the river and caught a few trout. We saw some deer and coyote while visiting which was really fun! Kids enjoyed watching the squirrels run back and forth collecting pine cones. We heard owls at night but did not see them. Beautiful area, great place for large groups and fair priced for all that you get compared to others in the area. Great place for families or groups with lots of kids as they can have the entire 3rd floor (Bunk bed room) all to themselves. Jeanne and Kelly were great to work with, and got back to me on the questions I had while planning our long weekend trip. Would love to stay there again in the future.

This was my first time going to Eagle Eye Ranch and it was an awesome experience! We choose EER because my wife and her family have been staying there off and on for over 30 years but hadn’t been back recently. My wife was turning 30 and she wanted to do something special for her birthday and we decided to visit EER due to all the fond memories she has from her childhood visits. What a great stay! The location of the house nestled in the mountains away from the main towns and situated right in the middle of the forest make for great views and scenery. The 100+ year old house is amazing and has a great combination of rustic furnishings and bedrooms, and modern amenities and up dated bathrooms. The large kitchen and living room make the house super easy to have lots of people in one area to hangout comfortably. The house is huge and fun to explore and has enough room to sleep 25 people easily. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We spent a fantastic late-July weekend at Eagle Eye Ranch and just loved it! This was a reunion of good friends and families who had last stayed here multiple times in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's because we always had such a great time. Eagle Eye has been kept up and upgraded and makes an awesome destination resort. We did leave once to go into Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park and Grand Lake, but found ourselves in a hurry to get back. There were 14 of us, but it could have easily accommodated more. The combo of the beautiful surroundings, Colo River, ability to cook for a large group and space to play games and hangout was very enjoyable. Steve B. - Littleton, CO

Hi my name is Beth from Denver, Colorado! This may be a long review but I hope you'll read it. :-) Kelly at Eagle Eye Ranch and the facility itself were truly amazing! Kelly really came through for me and my family in July this year. We were having a 10 year celebration of life for my dad and had planned to camp at Weston Pass. Unfortunately, Weston Pass was on fire the weekend we were supposed to be going. After 6 months of planning this event, I was suddenly faced with having to change plans within 3 days. I found Eagle Eye Ranch on vrbo.com and sent a message to Kelly through the website. She replied that evening and actually called me like I asked. It was great! I explained our situation and she happily obliged to every tiny thing I asked for that was within her control. I had many questions! She always answered the phone or at least returned my message within a couple hours. Customer service was excellent! As far as the ranch goes, it was beautiful! There were 24 of us and the house slept all of us with no problems! There was plenty of room to park and a huge kitchen and dining area for all of us to hang out in. Not including the huge living room with a beautiful fireplace. We were able to show the slideshow of my Dad's life on the TV because it has an HDMI input that we could plug right to the computer. I had purchased a projector and a screen to show the slideshow in the woods! Lol! This was much easier :-) The time spent at Eagle Eye Ranch with my family was precious. Kelly and her brother made every accommodation they could and really made us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying there if you are in that neck of the woods. I would love to see this place in the springtime and can't wait to go back! :-)

We recently thoroughly enjoyed our most awesome vacation at the Eagle Eye Ranch with family and friends. The Ranch house has a special rustic feel with updated amenties. The kitchen rocks!! We so enjoyed waking up and fixing breakfast for the12 of us and then heading off to river raft on the Colorado River, kayaking or boating on Grand Lake or taking a hike about the beautiful property, or just sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair enjoying the magnificent views...so much to do in the surrounding area! Evenings were spent grilling great food, a bit of wine and hanging out together.....the house so comfortable. We are already planning on another gathering of the clan! It's really how to enjoy Colorado at its best!!
