Tucked in a prime location, Table Mountain Inn garners praise for its easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions, all just a short stroll away. The hotel's Southwestern charm and clean, spacious rooms are consistently lauded by guests, who also appreciate the pet-friendly policy and helpful staff. While the amenities are generally celebrated, the additional charges for services like valet parking have surprised some guests, leading to the impression that the hotel may be on the pricier side.

Visited for a busy weekend in Aug but were able to access our room before checkin time. Spacious 4th floor with king/balcony overlooking main st but not noisy at all for sleeping as we feared. Fantastic view of Table Mountain. Superb location for walking around Golden. Restaurant was quite good as was the friendly service. Extra points for stunningly fast housekeeping who found my missing sunglasses as I was searching around the hotel😊. Although there’s a fancier hotel closer to Clear Creek, I liked this one better—charming artistic touches southwestern style everywhere. Art is publicly available throughout Golden and the character of this hotel reflected that aesthetic. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Recommend.

A very sweet hotel right smack in the heart of Golden. Short walk to both the Coors Brewery and the Colorado School of Mines. The room was decorated in a charming fashion, and I appreciated the eco-friendly touches like the shampoo and soap dispensers. Coffee maker and fridge in the room. Front desk woman was quite nice and let us both check early as well as have a late departure. Room was much quieter than I would have expected.

We just stayed two nights at Table Mountain Inn while visiting Colorado School of Mines. We had a fantastic visit. The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is as it appears in photographs: clean, well maintained, and charming. We had a two queen bed room on the 5th floor. The room was quiet spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. In addition to the usual amenities, there was an extra counter with a minifridge and a second small sink. The room had a balcony which overlooks downtown and the Coors plant in the distant. The room was quiet and the air conditioning/heat worked well. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. At the end of the hall was a small workout room with an exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical, and some barbells. There were towels and a mini fridge with waters. Lastly, the free hotel wifi was plenty fast.

The hotel is a short walk from campus and is in the heart of downtown with lots of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

All in all a great hotel and we will definitely stay there again any time we visit.

We were there from April 4 through the 9th, 2021. We stayed in an Executive Suite with one King bed and one Pullout sofa bed, room 551. The room looks exactly as the pictures depict with two balconies and a corner fireplace. There is a tiny microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini-refrigerator and the room is spacious with plenty of closet space and storage. There are two very efficient A/C - heater units that work nicely, and the fireplace puts off a nice amount of heat (it's a nice touch). The bathroom has Mexican tile (as you'd expect in an adobe setting) and it comes with a jetted tub which both my daughters used and liked. Great shower pressure and excellent lighting in the bathroom.

It's a comfortable room and the linens are all very nice. My eldest daughter (25) slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable enough but I do not believe I would have been comfortable on it. The king bed is ok, but not spectacular. They put a topper on the bed but it really is not what you get in some larger, upper-end hotels as far as comfort. The fan in the bathroom is obnoxiously loud, but you have the option of not using it unless you need the light for makeup. The mini refrigerator froze all my food and beverages (might suggest housekeeping make sure that is set properly prior to new guests). Housekeeping was ok but not what I would call stellar but the staff is very nice.

The front desk personnel is very competent. There is covered parking and we had two cars and never a problem getting a spot in the upper garage. The restaurant was not open for breakfast (not sure about lunch) which was unfortunate, but not unexpected during COVID. All in all, the bang for your buck is worth it because it is very affordable, clean, with nice staff, and the rooms are big. Extra bonus, locals get a discount. We did use the restaurant and no complaints there at all. :)

We and several of our wedding guests stayed the night or the weekend this past Labor Day 2021 at Table Mountain Inn. Ryan was incredibly accommodating of my now father in law's need for a wheelchair. The beds were very comfortable (such a blessing after a night of dancing at our reception) and rooms very clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. And as the title suggests, this hotel is so very Colorado in its decor. Lastly, the Cantina menu is fantastic--I had the honey chipotle salad and my now hubby had a southwestern burrito. Very flavorful and unique. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that we really wanted to get a room block (I mean, our wedding party reserved & stayed in 10 rooms, mostly king) but the hotel said they'd blocked all they could for that weekend. Given the amount of business we gave them, and the fact that it was our wedding night I would've thought they could have offered us something.

We live here locally. On a moment's notice we needed a reasonable hotel we could stay in, with 3 small dogs, due to some home renovations that unexpectedly shipped us out of our house. We ended up staying almost 3 weeks. Every day, it was clear that the staff's chief goal was to make sure we were wanted there, comfortable and had everything we needed. In particular, Kate and Monica/Monique/Courtney (? sorry) in particular could not have been more accommodating, enjoyable or professional! You leave a note for the cleaning staff and the instructions are followed and then some! Kate was the one that took my initial inquiry after finding them online and she kept track of us all the way through our stay, making sure we were covered the whole time as we added a day or two at a time through our ordeal. The hotel is beautiful with incredible views, clean and has a PHENOMINAL Mexican food restaurant! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and it will be a key local getaway for our family going forward!

My stay here was great. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, not the same old framed photos or artwork you see is so many hotels, even the 5 star ones.
The bed was wonderful and I slept very well. The bathroom was average and on the small side, but clean and I loved the handmade tiles.
I do agree with another reviewer about the taxidermy heads in the lobby. they are dated, not retro, and belong in another time and place.
We stayed on Easter weekend and still found space in the tiny garage.

We stayed here and the positive part is the location. Right downtown and across from a pizza place which is great. The hotel is dated and has that old charm look. If you are looking for location then this is the hotel for you. The attached restaurant has a great breakfast menu and the food was really good. Fruit used was great, very ripe and sweet like fruits should be.
The room we had was a good size. Bathroom towels were very absorbent and soft. Two sinks made it possible for one to get ready while the other showers and also gets ready.

However, regardless of the reviews here which have no details, I can provide. The rooms are not sound proofed so when people are talking in the halls you can here them. No good at 2am. The room we had (232) was close to what sounded like a pump which ran all night. It was rhythmic, but the only thing we can describe this was some sort of pump. The heating system was also loud, I would say above normal. The bathroom fan sounded like a bearing had gone out and was grinding pretty badly. I did tell the check in/out lady about it. Parking too was strange as there are three parking areas.

All in all the noises were the killer here. Don't take this wrong, but the noises are explained in details and not made up. However, the breakfast and location really were outstanding. You can just walk the downtown and shop; plenty of restaurants and great downtown views.

We (mom, dad, and teen) stayed two night in the suite, which has a room with a sofa a/pullout bed and another room with a king bed. Two balconies. Very spacious and great views of Table Mountain. Very comfortable beds. The room had a gas fireplace. It was lovely. Staff very nice and accommodated our request for an early check-in. Be sure to have dinner or breakfast at the attached restaurant!

Staff provided helpful maps of the town and nearby trails.

I like that shampoo and other products that are normally in tiny bottles are instead put in large container for guests to use again and again. Way to not pollute the world with plastic!

The Table Mountain Inn is located right in downtown Golden in walking distance to everything. The lobby has a southwest feel which I really like. Our room had a king size bed on the second floor (rm#232) which we found was much easier to access from the side door on 14th Ave vs. going from the lobby, thru a maze then up some stairs to get to it. Also, it was close access to the parking garage when going through this side door. The room was clean, comfortable and plenty big for two people. The only problem was the shower valve which was very difficult to adjust to the proper temperature - from scalding to freezing with a minor turn. We did not eat at the restaurant, however, we did stop in the bar a few times. We missed happy hour by a few minutes and thought they would honor it, seeing we were guests, but the bartender was stern and would not budge. No problem, we ordered cocktails anyway and the tap house margarita was tasty. All in all it was a nice stay, and if in the Golden area again, would not hesitate to stay here again.

No, they do not have a pool. They used to give a discount for use at the local community center, call the front desk and ask the hotel if they still offer it.

Do they offer shuttle services to Red Rocks Amphitheater?
Answer from Travel27662718775
Unfortunantly, we don't offer a shuttle service to Red Rocks. That being said, there are a few shuttle companies around town that we could get set up for you. Also, Uber and Lyft are also popular choices. We are only a 20 minute drive to Red Rocks.

I’m just seeing this and haven’t been there for a few months but I would call the front desk directly and ask about the view and accommodations re construction. Another option is the Golden Hotel. Ask for a river view. You can’t go wrong. I hope you see this in time...
