We stayed in the campground for 3 nights in our motorhome. The site next to ours was empty, except for the 2 partially filled water bottles that were on the picnic table the day we arrived and still there 2 days later. There was litter, paper wrappings, bottles, etc. along the edges which I saw when walking our dogs. On... More

We were in an RV site with a 29' motor home. The facility is very well taken care of. Lots to do in the area. We are not quite used to RV parks so the tight quarters are a big minus for us. I felt that the price was a little steep for such a small site.

Glenwood Canyon Resort, truly is a treat. Lots of entertainment options and a restaurant onsite is a great touch. We scheduled the rafting trip along with the individual ducky's (get the ducky's to add some more fun and adventure to your trip). Overall a great experience and location near town in order to explore Glenwood Springs and still enjoy the... More

Loved it there! Very friendly staff and it was beautiful. Guests were very considerate of quiet times, it was very clean and well maintained. Price of food was a little above and the beer was expensive at their patio grill. If you want to do trails on foot, you need to drive (I saw free shuttle service somewhere, but we... More

We stopped here and it was the BEST!!! Matthew the fellow driving the golf cart went above and beyond!!!! We had split up from our tubing group and he was extremely helpful! He drove us in the emergency rescue golf cart and helped us reconnect with our group. Miles the bartender was also very helpful in directing us to a... More

I tent camped here for three nights in the family campground . I especially loved the beauty, the easy access to excellent hiking /running trails, and the camp bar and grill. It was splendid to sit at an outside bar, looking out at the amazing canyon, and to watch the Olympics. The bar tender helped me pick out my hikes... More

The sites in the center loop are spacious and well maintained. That being said, it's a dust bowl. There is a rafting company with school buses and trailers of rafts that come up and down fast and dust is everywhere. The employees from the company drive fast up and down and dust is everywhere. It's very expensive for what you... More

1. Only place we ever booked that called for the full amount 10 days before arrival. 2. Yes wifi, but no Internet unless you go to their bar. 3. 17% tax?? I think they pad that. 4. Laundry was $4 per load. Site and staff are nice, 1 star, but felt ripped off at $70 / night incl tax. Look... More

Overall the campground is convenient to I-70 and town...the full hook up sites upper part are very tight with little shade and no separation between camp sites with not vegetation to obstruct your nieghbor eating on his picnic table...the lower sites on the river was close to a ghetto setting, no sewage hookups as to close to river, but have... We absolutely LOVED Glenwood Canyon Resort! Uniquely located on the Colorado River, this 5 star resort offers premium accommodations, exceptional service and awe inspiring views of the Glenwood Canyons! Upon arriving at the resort we found the front desk staff to be helpful and welcoming. As we were pulling into our site the General Manager stopped by to greet us.... More
