We stayed in the little cabins near the river. Cabins were Very clean. Plenty of room. Our little California family of 5 slept perfect. Camp fires every night. Kids played all day into the night. We enjoyed every day. The bathrooms near the office were much more cleaner than the lower ones which were closer to our cabins. Worth the... More

We had a WONDERFUL campsite (#28) right along the river that I highly recommend! No bugs, great view of the stars, and a bonfire facing the Colorado River- beat that! Regarding the Rock Gardens Rafting company: nothing but good reviews. We had the greatest guide (Parker), although his jokes could use some work ;) all around a fantastic adventure.

We stayed in the riverfront cabins and it was fantastic. Brand new cabins with AC and your own fire pit and picnic table. The train does come by during the night but it didn't bother us ( they do provide you with ear plugs if you want). Such a great place. We went rafting the next day and had a... More

Great Campground. Camped in a small Winnebago View so we had a spot on the river. Sites are small & tight but well worth the view. Trains do go by with some noise but it didn't bother us a bit. Campground has a nice bar with good food. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Went white water rafting right... More

Well maintained campground with beautiful views of the canyon! The staff is friendly. There is a lot to do there a the campground and it is family friendly. The down side is the sewer hookup is about 6-12 feet from the water/electric hookup. We had to put together and still barely reached. Just bring plenty of hoses!

My husband, three kids and I camped in our trailer at Glenwood Canyon Resort and had a wonderful trip! We went Zip Lining and the staff was so much fun and helpful! We ate at the No Name Bar & Grill and it tasted excellent! And we went White Water Rafting with Rock Garden Rafting (Parker was the BEST guide!!!).... More

We came in at 8, dazed and confused. Kevin Peterson got us on track and into a nice camping spot. Showers were close, hot and welcomed. Staff was helpful and other guests were quite and courteous. We enjoyed our one night stay and thank the staff for helping make this a possibility. Cheers.

We chose to camp at this campground because we wanted to be by the river. The view was great, but the sites were so close together and the bathrooms were pretty bad. A long walk to get to a bathroom and they were very dirty and not updated. The train was pretty busy during the night, so we woke up... More

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. We rented a cabin for 3 days, were able to float one day, and rent bikes another, all from the same location. Close to wonderful downtown Glenwood Springs, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Camping spaces are tight. Beyond that the views are awesome, and it is peaceful. It is also nice to have electric and water hook ups. The staff were really pleasant whether at check in or at the grill. It was convenient to be able to raft and zip line on the property as well. Our raft guide, Dave, kept all... More
