For the price, a great place to stay. Very clean, quiet and friendly. Included breakfast was extremely minimal. Did not check out the hot tub so cannot review. Pillows were hard and flat. That said, we'd stay here again, just bring your own pillow.

We decided at the last minute to go for an overnight ski trip. Not normally a problem but this was between Christmas and New Years when lodging prices double (or triple) and many places have minimum night stays. Anyway, we found two rooms on the net for the Summit Inn for one night at a great rate. On the way...

My wife and I stayed at the New Summit Inn for our anniversary the weekend of 12/19/2015. We initially booked at New Summit because of the price, but were quite surprised by the hotel itself and will definitely be back. The hotel is in what appears to be an older building that has been completely remodeled. New log wood accents...

I was nervous to stay here because if the price but it was awesome! So quiet and comfy! The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. Hot tub downstairs and muffin, danishes, and coffee for breakfast. It's a small place but it holds a big surprise! We had a fanstastic view of the Mountains from our window! We would...

I gave this a very good rating because this little inn is very well priced, the rooms are clean, nice and comfortable and the lobby is nicely decorated with a mountain lodge motif. The only drawback is the inn sits on a busy street right off I70 in Frisco. This was fine for us, since we were arriving in the...

The place is cheap but clean and overall good enough for budget travellers who are not too fussed about creature comforts. The decor can be best described as rustic. The breakfast is very basic, consisting of just coffee, muffins, pastries and bagels with cream cheese and butter. We didn't use their basement spa because my wife didn't really like the...

Comfortable beds, old-fashioned keys instead of magnetic card, flat-screen tv, refrigerator, windows open to enjoy the mountain air and terrific prices. Whether traveling or at the end of a busy, fun day in the Rocky Mountains, Summit Inn rates leave you more money in your pocket to have fun with. We were glad there was a cancellation that allowed us...

Such a quaint and comfortable motel. A very friendly young man checked us in and was part of the family that own this establishment. It's obvious they take pride in offering a quality room for a super reasonable price ($69). Room was very clean and large with comfortable beds. Never heard a peep from the other patrons all night even...

So the decor is a little (well maybe a lot) dated, and there are minimal services, and the continental breakfast is truly "continental", but you can't beat the price for a clean comfortable place to sleep. If you want pampering, and an on-site bar and restaurant, and a big pool, and fancy decorations, go somewhere else and pay a good...
