If your looking for a budget friendly....CLEAN... and nice people all around...this is it! We are staying here currently for a week out of Pennsylvania. They allowed us to check in a little early after our 8 hour travel. They are friendly and sincere. The rooms are perfect for those looking to spend most of the time outdoors. Beds comfortable......

Sure, it's only 2 stars...but for a short stay in ski country, it was perfect. Outstanding value plus great hot tub/sauna room and free breakfast (basic but I've had worse). Beds were comfortable and hair dryer was appreciated by my wife. Save your money for skiing and eating!!

Quite pleased and surprised with this little place. It has a nice indoor hot tub large rooms and very nice family owners and centrally located between a few ski resorts ie Copper mt ,Breckenridge and Keystone. Worth the money and was able to spend savings on more important things.

We needed a place to stay due to flight screw up. They were real accommodating . I highly recommend it , especially if you have kids. There is a nice size family room that was clean and up to date. Light breakfast will get you out the door

Sure, the conti breakfast is terrible. But it's free, so don't complain. The rooms are large, the owners/staff are totally friendly, and the cost per night cannot be beat. I would recommend to anyone who wants to ski/ride multiple resorts, as it's very centrally located. If you're expecting Marriott level amenities, go to a Marriott and pay 2x the cost....

Was a bit hesitant when not "national brand", but turned out to be a great choice and super reasonable for a quick overnight to ski. Room was cleaner than 5 star stayed in last month. Room was plenty large for 4 adults, comfortable beds, updated mountain deco, and very well maintained. Common areas were well kept, super clean, and mountainy...

Great hotel for the $. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Convenient access to Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Laundry facilities, sauna and spa were great after a long day riding the nearby bike trails.

We truly loved this place. We had a king room for 3 nights and it was great. This is a smaller hotel without a pool which was not a priority for us. The room was super clean and nice and was a very quiet location. Close to interstate but could not hear any noise! This is truly s gem especially...

Pros: Decent rooms, clean, ready at the right time, everything works correctly, staff was friendly, good price Cons: Outdated, breakfast only has breads, no pool, no elevator, uncomfortable bed, only saw staff at check-in and check-out otherwise never there. We won't stay again, but this isn't a "bad hotel", it was just bad for our family. My diabetic son cannot...
