Haven't been here for over 14 years. It was a delightful four days. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Each night we had a homemade bowl of the house soups. White bean chili, roasted squash, and chicken soup, with house wines and cheese and sausage trays. Breakfast was a gourmet treat preceded by a latte. What more could you ask for? Any travel advice was perfect and spot on. Terrific hosts. This is a gem. I'll be back.

Phil, thank you so much! I'm glad you came back after 14 years to find a delightful four days. Hopefully, it won't be that long before your next visit. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to write such a nice review for us. I must apologize for taking so long to respond to many of my winter reviews. We hope to see you again next year, perhaps?

We have been visiting Frisco for over 30 years and have always been curious about the Frisco Lodge. We finally decided to give it a try. While I truly appreciate the historic aspect and quaintness of the lodge there is no excuse for the uncleanliness of our room. There was a small white pill and pieces of a wrapper on the floor when we arrived. The room has not been dusted for a very long time. Our shower didn’t drain well and we stood in ankle deep water by the end of our shower. The place needs some attention and I truly hope someone comes thru because it would be sad to lose such an iconic landmark in Frisco. We will not be returning.

Beth, I am so sorry. I truly don't know what happened with the uncleanliness of your room. I know this response is very late in coming. The Frisco Lodge has been in my family for over 60 years now and I am constantly doing maintenance and re-training to make sure our guests have a very positive experience. It helps me out when guests bring issues to my attention immediately so that I can get them corrected. I hope perhaps you might give us another try if you have been coming to Frisco for over 30 years. I have every intention of the iconic landmark of Frisco Lodge remaining for years to come.

What a wonderful place to stay. We feel like home away from home. The hotel is historic building. The service is great the owner (Susan) is very friendly and lovely lady. The staff are great.. the Peruvian siblings were wonderful (Audri, Jordan) they provided excellent service. Chris was very helpful even before we arrived. The bed, the pillows and the room and comfortable. I went with my sister for our first ski vacation and we had a blast. We meet wonderful people at Frisco Lodge and we spend time listened the piano and sharing wonderful experience from other guest. My sister and I feel like inside a Hallmark Movie. We love every single minute of our stay. Even though is March they still have Christmas decoration which make us feel us even happier. If you looking

The room is outdated, even for a bed and breakfast. The pillows need replacing badly. It was so terrible I went to Walmart and bought my own pillows so I could have a decent nights sleep. Our power went out to everything but the microwave at 10:30 pm. Left a message with the front desk. No one checked on us the next day. Had to shower etc with my phone flashlight. Could not get a bucket of ice, had to go buy my own bag of ice at the liquor store down the street. I liked being on Main Street, but will find somewhere else next time.

Kimi, we're sorry the Frisco Lodge isn't for you, "it isn't for everyone", as the tv ads say about NE! Our decor is a reflection of our 1885 history. I wish you had said something to us about your pillows. We provide both down and foam pillows in each room and replace them every six months during spring and fall before each major season. We have new pillows we could have provided for you. I'm very sorry about the power. Our office officially closes at 10:00 pm. I spoke with the onsite live-in person and he did not receive a message until housekeeping informed him, at which point he fixed the overloaded circuit breaker immediately. My staff is very attentive to guests' needs so I have no explanation as to why you could not get ice. I do hope you have a better experience if you visit Frisco again.

Outstanding location right on Main St in Frisco. Next to my favorite restaurant the Uptown on Main and few blocks away from the 10 mile music hall for live music. Cozy hotel, big fireplace! Clean and comfy rooms. This is a perfect little Oasis in Frisco in the heart of it all. Great service and primo parking!

Room was good. Hot tub amenity is almost useless if you do not like to take a bath in the main street parking lot. Room was in the building separate from the main one. So getting hot water, breakfast, small utensils, etc required getting to the main street. Fun to walk icy parking in slippers and bathrobe. No access of the staff in to the room during 4 days. No cleaning - kind of ok, privacy - good. Breakfast time selection was limited.

Alex, we do not have a Main St parking lot? You booked a room in our N Lodge, with a mini kitchen, complete with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and all of the supplies. Breakfast is served in the Main Lodge with an option to purchase breakfast brought to the room. Due to COvid, we are not entering our guests' rooms for daily housekeeping. This is for your protection as well as my staff. My employees have been instructed to advise you of this at check-in, and to let you know if you need anything changed out please ask and we will be happy to provide whatever you need. I am sorry if that was not communicated to you. I have reminded my staff of the importance of this. We make every attempt to service our guests' needs. I apologize that we were unable to meet your requirements. Our hot tub on the deck with the outdoor fireplace in our courtyard is really quite lovely in the summertime with all of our flower gardens. Maybe you'll give us a try then.

The Frisco Lodge was fabulous!! What a great find. We stayed for two nights and loved it. The staff and especially Susan, one of the owner/managers, were so welcoming, attentive, helpful, and kind. Our room was upstairs, plenty of room, super clean and decorated very nicely. The hot, full breakfast was delicious, both days. My husband drinks only decaf coffee and a fresh, full pot was made for him each morning. We enjoyed the afternoon happy hour, tasty wine, cheese, crackers and homemade soup. Wonderful to have after a full day of skiing. Tasty cookies, hot tea and coffee were available to the guests anytime, self serve. The Jacuzzi was clean, hot and quite large, outside with pretty lights and the open star-filled sky. Complimentary parking right outside the lodge. the

D1764, thank you for a wonderful review. It was such a pleasure having you all and I do hope we will see you back again soon. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to respond. My staff and I cannot thank you enough. It is a delight for all of us to have guests like you. Covid has stretched everyone thin and comments like yours really help all of us keep going. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Again, thank you so much for your kind words, and fantastic review.

sweet attentive staff & location only reason for my 3 star rating. how frisco lodge has 4.6 rating is beyond me. breakfasts nothing like pics, breakfast bar lacking seems like longer we stayed there (week) less on bar!! wine/cheese/crackers????? if you call 3crackers &3pcs of cheese on a plate it. first day soup like paste! look when you pay $325 for 3days $358 for 2 days $441 for 2days=total $2,557 you expect more for your value not even close.. saw owner when paying and a little shoveling snow that was it.. i don't like writing a negative review, but in this case feel its justified, this is not sour grapes we have stayed at a number of b&b"s for less and received much more for accommodations and food!!!! we love entrepreneurs and business people knowing this covid mess has

Phil&Alice, I am so sorry that we failed you so miserably. I spoke with you at length during check-in and multiple times throughout the week while I was busy shoveling snow and helping my very short staff. I wish you had mentioned these concerns while you were here so I could have addressed them immediately. We work very hard to accommodate all of our guests wants and needs. Obviously, that did not happen in your case. Thank you for taking the time to critique our performance. We will address all of your points. I hope you have a very Happy New Year.
