My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. LOVED it. It is a quaint and comfortable hotel. Felt very boutiquey (if that's a word). Conveniently located in the middle of Main Street so convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Josh, the manager, felt like a long lost friend. He was very helpful and provided lots of advice and recommendations. Paige was a gracious hostess and anticipated our every need. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
My husband and I stayed at Hotel Frisco for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. This was our second time there and will continue to come back. The location is amazing, walking distance to dining, shopping, bars, etc. The hotel was clean with comfortable rooms, including a frig and microwave. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Josh, the manager, was the best!! He went above and beyond to make our stay so very memorable. In addition, they offer happy hour beer and wine in the evenings with a beautiful fireplace in the entrance or outside seating to enjoy your cocktails. There is free parking in the back of the hotel, which is very convenient. Would like to add for those of you that are traveling with pets, this hotel is not pet friendly if you are traveling with your four legged friends. We will definitely be back.…
During covid we expect more, especially when they say on their web site they are taking extra precautions. No such luck. The building is in deep need of an up grade. The furniture is very worn, windows do not seal and lack amenities. It is not worth the price they are charging.
The hotel has a new General Manager, he is great. The hotel is very clean and room 105 was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Our bathroom was again very clean but it was dated. The online pictures do not reflect what we received. Images of the room and common areas match what you see on the website. There was some construction to make improvements, and it never disturbed us.
I made a very early reservation change and was told that I would receive my credit when I actually came to the hotel. It was months later and they did not refund me. When I went to my credit card company the transaction had been more than three months prior so they could not help. I called many times and each time they said that they put in the credit only to have it never appear. Literally they stole over $500 from me. Beware, shady business practices. This all happened in January, way before the Pandemic could give them excuse.
