Great hotel in Frasier. Made ws feel very welcome as an IHG Rewards Platinum Member. The check is went very well. We were allowed to check in a few hours early. The pool and jacuzzi were welcome after a day of skiing. The room was clean and bright and the Tech worked perfectly. Breakfast was ok. Every person we met went out of their way to greet us and make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back. The location is not the best for walking but is is a short drive to restaurants and skiing.

Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant
The room was pretty large and appeared clean.
The bathroom had a stand up shower- no tub, but it was clean and big enough. plenty of clean towels.
The TV was good sized and had good channel selection
The AC worked well
The room had a fridge
The bed was clean and comfortable.
The hotel was quiet. Sleep quality was good
A rudimentary hot breakfast was provided- premade omelets, yogurt, fruit, cinnamon rolls, juice. This was OK, but no dining area so we ate in our rooms.
The pool was very tiny.
They hotel had a small gym, but no free weights, just treadmills
for a one night stay on a road trip the hotel was fine.

From beginning to end this was a perfect stay. My daughter and I were given an early check in but were in such a rush (late Amtrak) to meet an appointment that had a no refund policy. We were able to just stow our bags and get to Winter Park with plenty of time to spare. Returning that evening we met Jacob working the front desk. Jacob was outstandingly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way several times to make sure my daughter and I were happy. To my surprise, the next day when we were checking out he was there again. He allowed us to stow our luggage and go tubing just down the street from the hotel. Jacob made this seemingly average hotel a great experience. Room was clean with a great Continental Divide sunrise view at a great price. Perfect location for the free lift bus service as there are a couple of stops within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Here is a special hint for Fraser hill, call them and they will pick you up and bring you back from this hotel. That beats the heck out of walking a half mile in 9 degree temperatures both ways.

Due to the high demand over Christmas break and inflated prices in The Winter Park Village area, we decided to stay in Fraser Colorado and try out this property instead. Overall the hotel vibe is very homey and comfortable and the rooms are spacious with balconies. The breakfast options are pretty decent as well, the hotel served these excellent and delicious mouthwatering cinnamon buns every morning which we would always look forward to before hitting the ski hill.
There were a few things we didn’t like as well - a lot of the breakfast items would often be expired and at some point we even found fruit that had fungus on it which was a real turn off! Of the three days we stayed there, for two straight days I continuously would grab milk cartons that were either expired or spoiled milk. The hot chocolate packs had expired too! The staff just didn’t seem very diligent about making sure these items were cleaned up or updated, which is definitely a training that needs to be implemented with the hotel kitchen and front desk staff.
Also every night we would return to our room and it would pretty much be just as dirty as it was before. Housekeeping would only change our sheets and take out the trash because there would still be napkins or trash on the floor and the room overall was still very dirty which was not great in terms of a positive housekeeping experience.
The hotel is right outside a bus stop though which takes you directly to Winter Park so pretty ideal for skiers who are looking for a cheap place to stay if they cannot afford to stay within Winter Park.

Was unsure of what to book due to the COVID restrictions in the area. Decided to go with this suite and it didn’t disappoint. Came with a mini fridge, microwave, and a keurig. Separate bedroom option is definitely a plus. TVs are a great size with a good selection. We couldn’t eat in the dining area for breakfast, but their chef made your breakfast on site so you can take to your room.

I hate to leave this review because the hotel would have been mostly nice if not for a big issue.
On our second night as we were just getting into bed, someone used a key card to open our door. We yelled "hello" and they shut it. I called down to the Front Desk and Tanner answered. I explained that someone had just come into our room and his response was a defensive "that's not your room! That room is supposed to be empty, what are you doing there?". Apparently, when we were checked in the previous day, the attendant had somehow not marked us as there, yet given us a working key. When I inquired why my key worked if I was supposedly not checked in, the response was that "keys can be activated for room independent of someone being checked in to that room", which sounds like a big security risk to me. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he had called her and that I'd be hearing from her shortly. After about an hour, I hadn't heard anything, so I went down and spoke to another guy at the front desk, he assured me the other keys had been disabled, and that he'd leave a note for the GM. I then tried going back up to my room and now MY key didn't work. They had turned my key off, leaving the other ones still active. I went down again and they finally fixed it. When we checked out, we actually went to the desk since everything had been so messed up. They said "Oh, are you checking out early?" - after all of this, they had "fixed" it by put our checkout for the following day.
Unfortunately to this day I still have not been able to get a hold of a manager to discuss these events.
Other issues include cleaning staff hanging out in the hallway without face coverings and the spa was very dirty.
Mistakes happen, even though this was pretty disconcerting, it wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the front desk trying to somehow put the blame on us. I'll update my review if I ever hear back from the GM.

This hotel was a great location to stay if you are skiing in Winter Park, Colorado. The pool is good, free breakfast, nice rooms. There is ski rental place across the road.
Fraser is about 20 minutes from Winter Park but there is a free bus with a stop right outside.
If you prefer somewhere cheaper and quieter than the main resort, this place is a good option.

The hotel neglected to address a serious safety issue and gave us an unsafe room and my son was injured.
The hotel gave us a room with a toilet seat that was unbolted and unsafe. Room number 100.
My young son sat on the broken toilet and the toilet seat slipped. He slid off the toilet and hit the back of his head on the corner of the tub, causing a large bump. I had to keep the back of his head cool all night and watch for any sudden changes in his condition. I could not sleep at night. We had to reschedule for the next day to keep an eye on him. The hotel staff had cleaned the bathroom and they would have absolutely known that the toilet was out of order and dangerous. But they gave us the dangerous room and my young son got injured. Fortunately, my son's injuries were not serious. He did, however, slide off the toilet and hit the back of his head on the corner of the bathtub. It was not a surprising situation if his condition had suddenly gotten worse. It was truly the worst experience of my life. I also mentioned this in the IHG survey that was sent to me later, but I have not even received an email from IHG apologizing for the incident. It was an experience that made me realize that IHG is a company that neglects the safety of its customers. I usually stay at Hyatt and Bonvoy, and have never had such an experience. I will never use the IHG group again. No one wants to stay at such an unsafe hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days while skiing at Winter Park. It's new, clean, and in a good location. The bed was very comfortable, and I had no complaints with this hotel... everything was good except for their signs about no ski boots in the hotel. I ignored the notice because that's ridiculous. I have warm air blowers to dry out the inside of my boots. I'm ok with leaving skis in the vehicle BUT not my boots. There's a grocery store and some restaurants across the street. The drive to Winter Park is only 10 minutes. I'll stay here again.

Have mixed thoughts about my stay here. On the positive, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold items.
On the not so good side: Something was clearly wrong with the shower door. The one door didn't slide right and nearly came off the track when I tried to get it to close. After finally arm wrestling it, it still had a gap and didn't close properly.
Also, something is weird with the heating system. Despite bumping the temperature down significantly, it was blazing hot in the room. So much so, that I had to change the mode setting to Cool from Heat, just to get it to a temperature that I could sleep.
