Imagine waking up to the beautiful view of Pikes Peak (14,115 feet above sea level), the most visited mountain in North America. Visit Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds (try the Bat-a-Pult ride!) And other area attractions. Stay in a fully equipped Cabin, pitch a tent or pull into an RV site (including extra-large sites). If you are planning a rally or family reunion, this KOA has a hall for those scrumptious potlucks, or have them catered by the staff. During the summer, enjoy a dip in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. Dont feel like cooking? Try the all-you-can-eat pancakes for breakfast or a homemade pizza or tasty barbecue plate for dinner. Pets will have a great time being with their families, meeting new dogs, running in the dog park or trying out the agility park. There are three horse corrals for your larger pets. With so many things to do at KOA and in the area, you will want to stay as long as you can! The campground staff looks forward to seeing you.

Hands down, the worst RV park we have ever stayed, and, we have stayed at more than 100!!! Just how does it get to the top spot as the worst RV park, you might ask? There are at least a half dozen reasons; #1; it is right next to an Interstate. And, I mean, RIGHT NEXT TO AN INTERSTATE!!! Bring your earplugs! #2; they price the sites like they are HOTEL ROOMS! Seriously, 80 bucks a nite for an RV site??? #3; This place is OLD, VERY OLD. #4 ; the sites are NOT level, NOT EVEN CLOSE! and not concrete. #5; They're packed in like sardines here #6; the smell of raw sewage was everywhere; we left after our first night, even though we had paid for two nites, it was THAT BAD! Like I said, anyone rating this place over two stars has very low expectations of what a really good park should be! Look elsewhere!

Campground as a whole is pretty decent but the customer service has been pretty crappy so far other than the guys on golf carts picking up trash... we are here all week and were told they would look at moving us to a shady site since we are here for 7 days not just one night or the weekend but when we went back to ask them to do that this morning apparently it's too inconvenient for the office staff to switch sites when there are a million open sites that they could move us to and give someone else ours who is just staying the night...good water park for kids and clean campground but NOT impressed with the staff!!! Site 161 has NO large trees for shade

This is one of the most fantastic KOA’s we’ve been to. Splash pad, cabins, great activities, rental bikes and golf carts. Really really nice sites and plenty of friendly staff. I wish there was room for more pictures

Spent two weeks and we had a blast - and we never left the park. The park is CLEAN; staff is friendly and more than accommodating; amenities abound from campsite trash pickup to firewood or ice deliveries; fellow campers honored the quiet hours, and the Splash pad with all its water slides is the biggest hit with everyone. Sat, you HAVE to participate in the Wet Wagon Ride! Everyone from campers to extra staff get evolved in the shenanigans and fun. There are extra activities every Fri and Sat to participate in and each weekend is different. Holly and Steve are so high energy and the activities they are involved in are that much more fun. Ave is hard at work upgrading some of the campsites with new patios, adding fenced dog areas at some sites, and added a covered tent spot while we were there. It's right at an I-25 exit, making it very convenient. Is there some interstate noise, yes. But it's minimal, and the only time we really noticed it was during the week between 5:30-7:00 when everyone was headed to work into Co Springs or Ft. Carson which is right at the same exit. This is definitely a destination campground!

Very friendly staff. This was most activities we had seen at a campground. Very modern spray ground, pool area. Nice level parking spaces, patio furniture, store with amenities, firepit, trees and clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again but would just request to be closer to river, away from highway because of highway noise in early morning. We enjoyed renting golf cart for an hour and going through dirt trails by river with kids.
