Check in rep was not friendly! Did not welcome as a Hilton member and was super rude. Pool was dirty and room had rust on headboard, breakfast was good though. The breakfast gal was nice. The lobby was pretty.

Location of hotel is very convenient for us. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sadly hotel is dire need of a renovation. Breakfast buffet could also be improved. Coffee was not good. Nice to have the free internet service

I really enjoy this hotel. It is tucked back from the main drag but it makes it nice and quiet. When we walked in the front desk agent was friendly, got us checked in, and answered all questions with confidence. They have a swimming pool and work out room. This hotel was clean and the front desk staff are very nice. I would stay here again for work travels. Don't plan on eating at the breakfast bar, it is not good. The bed was good and they have free wifi. I don't know what else to say about this hotel but I am trying to get to 200 words.

We stay here often and this hotel has always been very good. We misplaced out keys when we went out and the lady at the desk was very helpful giving us another. Room was clean and breakfast was nice. We will stay here again.

Walls in common areas dirty and dingy. Checked in on internet, selected room. Arrived on time, not early. Room not ready. Bathtub would not drain. Wireless very slow. Not a normal Hampton experience. Time to update and renovate this property.

People at the service desk were very friendly making our entrance pleasant. Rooms are very large and bathrooms are roomy. Beds are comfy. Like the complimentary coffee, tea at all hours. Very accommodating.

The bathroom tub caulk contained black mold and pink bacteria. I found this to be inexcusable and led to my being concerned about the general cleanliness of the room altogether. I would not return to this hotel.

This is not the quality we expect from a Hilton property. Pool ice machine did not work and tv and key worked only part time! Needs updating ! Outside not attractive. Inside was mostly clean. Front desk people were not very attentive.

Exceptional customer service. thank you! Greeted warmly by staff consistently on arrival and upon entry and exit. Rooms very clean, and I am picky! Blanco served very good breakfast and provided special request for blueberry yogurt. Manager Kevin was consistently on premise and assured positive stay. Quiet location. Will definitely stay again!
