The location is on the northwest outskirts of Fort Collins and easily accessible. It's a good sized park with lots of attractions. We didn't stay here long enough to use them but they appeared clean and well maintained. We checked in with the friendly, helpful attendants in the office and were led to our site. It was level and the...

Reviews were both positive and negative so wasn't sure what to expect but we were very pleased with everything. Due to last minute reservation we were only able to reserve one night but when we arrived the staff bent over backwards to find us a place for the 4 nights we wanted. Very helpful and courteous. Lots of trees -...

Wow, this place has changed to huge improvements. The campgrounds entrance is set back between two old grounds of holding industrial equipment. But do not let that fool you. This place is really nice. It has many employees that are very busy guarding the gate, cleaning , trimming and securing the grounds. I'm very impressed with what the owner has...

This facility has been updated and improved the past several years. However, management is horrible. They are impossible to get ahold of. Once you finally get to meet with them it sounds great, however there is no follow through with what they say they will do. They will not return your calls. They really could care less if they get...

We stay here for at least a week every year. It is a very nice campground, level sites, no problems. We have no problem paying the extra $10 a day for our grandchild to use the amenities. I still have a problem accepting the fact that to have my adult children visit for a meal it would cost $50, so...

This is the second time we've stayed here. Were there 4 nights in a Kabin. Nice decks with furniture. Enjoyed the walk around the lake, and even used the boats, and bikes. (second childhood :)) Had pizza delivered to our site one night, and had a breakfast sandwich one morning. All staff was friendly and had no problems at all....

This is a good park. The people here are friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we are in this area. It is a little above average. There is a nice lake and fishing is available to everyone. We have notice there seems to be someone available to help if needed. Great Park!

We chose this KOA for a "Cousin Camp", our annual week with the grandchildren. Fort Collins because it was close to the families and this specific KOA because of the reviews and the great telephone etiquette when we called with many questions. The folks who work (and many live) at this campground take a pride in the looks and atmosphere...

We stayed here for 10 days. On the edge of town but still easy to get to shopping and restaurants although that calls for a little driving. Busier on the weekends with families but still quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a tree branch touching our RV and they immediately removed it very carefully. Couldn't use our...

This KOA campground has excellent facilities. There is not much privacy between spots but the arrangement is such that it does not bother you. Wonderful facilities for children with playgrounds, paddle boats, walking trails, carpet golf. Restrooms are spotless and cleaned daily.
