What a truly unique hotel. Very retro vibe with record players in the room and you can actually check out records to play. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and practicing all covid 19 safety protocols. We had a balcony room that faced the courtyard where they had live music 🎶. Right in the heart if downtown Ft Collins, was easy to walk anywhere.
So awesome I had to stay an extra night. The staff was amazing. With new Covid procedures and mask thing I felt safe and comfortable. I really enjoyed that the front desk had big pictures of who was working. It made it feel more personable since I know who I was looking at wearing a mask. It was a great touch. Totally reasonable and understandable that they was not maid service. I wouldn't have let them in even if they were doing it. Makes sense with everything going on. I did not mind at all. They were more than accommodating with more towels and brought ice and water to my room multiple times. The bed was so comfy and the room was super clean. The record player in the room was fun. They had a nice selection already in the room. Tara, Tiffany and Luke were great. They made the experience and I turned my one night stay into two nights. They made for a wonderful birthday get away. Thank you guys!!!…
As an autograph hotel, and as platinum members with Marriott, and the price per Night ($220) we were grossly disappointed. Small. The picture on the website with the stairway is the coolest feature, and maybe the courtyard . Checkin was rushed - we were not told about parking, and confused when we went to park (after dark when arrived) - we had no idea where to park— zero parking for the hotel. Figured out on our own that there was a parking ramp nearby at $18 per night for our parking option . States there is vallet, but there is none. Small (tiny) room, no upgrade given for platinum status as requested. Room smelled of sewer gas (remedied by flushing toilet and running water down drains) . No ice bucket. No fridge, no glasses to drink water ( I take medication) and no bottled water. ( you could pay for water at market) . Basic room with no amenities. Website states that robes are provided but none in the room and we had to ask for them - coming from a customer service standpoint , I would assume these would be offered at check in ? ( if they are following no touch , that would be a convenient offering ) . Their “signature “ is that they are “music themed “. Music theme means they have old transistor radios sitting around for decor , record stickers on the floor and an 8x10 room with encased guitars hanging up and old records sitting around . We figured out on our own ( not told like we should have) that these records were to pick out and take to your room as there is a record player in each room to use . That sounds great in theory , but the player was imbalanced and the record wobbled and wouldn’t play correctly . The restaurant attached was amazing - the Emporium- highly recommend. Bistro type. Amazing food moderate pricing . **For the money, I would not stay at this hotel - I didn’t find it anything special for an autograph collection …
there are record players in your room. our room wasn't super big, but it had a good view. you can pick records in the lobby to listen to in your room. the food was super good. complimentary coffee in the am in the lobby. adult drinks available to purchase in the afternoon in the lobby. it's in downtown foco, so you can walk anywhere to eat, drink, or site see. It's not too close to the campus, so you'd want to drive there. It's a fairly clean town. the hotel is very pretty and pet friendly.
Stayed here for just one night. Pleasant front desk staff, rooms are very clean the unique decor makes this place a nice spot for a little getaway. I do not recommend room service however we did have a couple cocktails and appetizers in the restaurant which were good.
