The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, is often praised for its picturesque setting and convenient location for day trips, despite being a bit secluded. While cleanliness and service generally receive positive remarks, with the hotel boasting pristine, modern interiors and friendly staff, there are mixed feelings about value due to overpriced offerings and service mishaps. The rooms earn accolades for their comfort and views, and the amenities, including the well-kept golf course and spa, are popular among guests. However, some have noted limitations in event and accommodation space.

I cannot thank everyone at The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort and The Club at Inverness enough for your kindness and well wishes throughout our stay for our 30th anniversary. You all made my wife and me feel like rockstars, and my wife and I continue to tell everyone we know about this incredible and most memorable 24 hours, we spent with you, 30 years after having our wedding reception at this property when it was known as The Scanticon.
We had no idea how great our next 24 hours were going to be when we checked in.
There were so many people that made our stay over the top, and I have probably left a few off. Working with Peter prior to the stay was fantastic and what he lined lined up for us was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you Peter for everything you did prior and during our stay!
From the minute we checked in we felt so much gratitude and appreciation for choosing to stay with you all on our 30th wedding anniversary. It was magical how almost everyone we encountered called us by name and wished us a happy anniversary and thanked us for spending our time at the Hilton Inverness. Our room was beautiful, and the chocolate covered strawberries were a delicious, unexpected treat.
The spa was just what we needed and was an incredible start to our stay. The ladies at the spa desk were so upbeat and truly appreciated us being there. While the two massage therapists we had for our couples massage were great. The champagne after the massage hit the spot.
Big time shout out to Bradley who was doing everything at the Fireside Grill. He was taking incredible care of the people at his bar while at the same time not missing a beat for the patrons seated for dinner, including us. Bradley was super friendly, helpful, and attentive to making everyone’s experience great. I hope other people noticed all he was doing that night and provided nothing but the best feedback on him. He also provided a stellar recommendation on the Shrimp and Green Chile Grits! Bradley asked that we stay a few minutes after our dinner finished and surprised us with a couple glasses of champagne, while Sarah brought out a lovely dessert plate, inscribed in chocolate, wishing us a happy 30th anniversary.
Amy Beman capped off an incredible stay by helping us recreate a couple of wedding day pictures we took on the golf course 30 years ago. Thank You Amy for coming to our rescue and helping us get that picture!

Very nice hotel. Clean, great-looking grounds area on the outside with plenty to do. Has a nice bar/brewery. Multiple places to eat, the pool area looked great but I didn't get a chance to use. Due to the current shortage of workers, there was no room service offered until check out aside from requesting clean towels, etc. from the front desk. One thing to keep in mind. There is no airport shuttle from here and an Uber ride is somewhat pricey. Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely consider it again when I'm in the area.

Asked for upgrade due to Diamond Status, was told this hotel had a local policy that you had to pay $40.00 for upgrades. Not seen that at Hilton before.

Ended up in small room on 5th floor facing the golf course beware of airport on the other side of the golf course a lot of racket very busy Airport.

Pool was outstanding clean saltwater pool. Executive lounge closed, grab and go breakfast at the coffee shop. Did get two free drink coupons for the bar downstairs.

Easy self parking out front, however group smoking pot out front.

Think I'll find a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

Stayed here because all I wanted to do was check in and order room service to be able to relax for the evening after driving 7 hours to get to the hotel. I was told twice the restaurant was open until 10pm. After I checked into the room which was dated just like the rest of the property. I went to order dinner, at 8:30pm I was told at the restaurant they closed early because it was Mother’s Day and they decided to close early. Since there was no other food option at this “hotel” I had to get back in the car and go hunt something down on a Sunday evening at 8:40pm now!!! I will never stay here again for several reason starting with the way they handled the problem with the restaurant closing a full hour and a half early. As a guest I expect the hotel I am staying at to hold true to the services they claim to provide to their guests. The general manager and Hilton’s hotel should be embarrassed!!!

This is our “go-to” place for our couples massage dates. They have a steam room inside and outdoor jacuzzi with a fireplace you can enjoy before and after your massage. In the waiting area they have complementary little snacks, tea, water. You can order in food from the kitchen and eat it on their comfy couches. In the couples room they also have a large soaking tub should you want to start your massage out with a nice warm soak. They have blow dryers and everything you need to get dolled up after your massage. We’ve been coming here for about 5 years, we’ve never stayed overnight but it is a very nice hotel. Sometimes we’ll stay for lunch in their wonderful restaurant after our massage.

I booked 2 nights here, while my house was being worked on. I had assumptions that this place was a little higher end, being a Hilton, and having worked in the conference rooms for business as well as some evenings at the brewery, I assumed the rooms would be just as pleasant and enjoyable, with a touch of finer taste or a smidge of fancy. The room was clean, which was great for my germophobia. But, the walls had some patches where paint was peeling or had fallen off, and it reminded me of a house falling into disrepair. The bathroom, however, was of contemporary styling and very clean.
My biggest issue was the thermostat. I’m sure in the spring or summer, this place is tolerable, because the A/C probably has a lower decibel max than the heating system. The thermostat would bang when triggered, nearly every 10-15 minutes. Literally startled me awake repeatedly. After one night of this, I had a space heater brought to the room. This helped keep the thermostat from clanking every 10-15 minutes, to just a few times throughout the night. A huge relief, but, this space heater only kept a 2 foot area of the room warm, so doing work during the day and trying to sleep at night were accomplished within the same compact corner of the bed. After 2 nights of awful “sleep,” I left feeling dazed and disappointed.
The staff were all friendly, especially the man and woman at the desk when I explained my trouble and helped obtain a space heater, but sometimes a friendly face doesn’t really make up for the fact that 2 nights of awful sleep cost ~$330.

This hotel has always been my go to in Denver. May have to abandon that for now. On a positive note it remains beautifully manicured and with clean common areas and an apparently bustling business (lots of guests). However I find the same thing when I travel these days which is many services of hotels discontinued due to lack of staffing. I realize this is a real problem for the industry but I also am starting to feel like it’s an excuse to prioritize whatever makes the hotel more money while they don’t reduce their room rates. This hotel no longer has room service, no longer provides any of the executive floor benefits I’ve always loved, and does not have daily housekeeping (which doesn’t actually bother me). And I also encountered many maintenance issues which was never the pre-Covid situation. One elevator out, at least half of the cabinet doors in my room were askew due to broken hinges and I had to flush the toilet using the chain on the flapper. Also I stayed a total of three nights and all three mornings was woken around 8 AM by the housekeeping staff who were cleaning rooms of people who had left talking at shouting volume and yelling to each other down the halls. My normal schedule when not traveling involves getting up extremely early so when on vacation I’d like to sleep if I can. Also I’ve mentioned this in reviews for many years but their doors are extremely heavy and slam very loudly as their just normal closing mechanism. Ask for a room away from any large events or weddings

We stayed at this hotel for a conference in August. It's a good property located on a golf course. We had a great room with a balcony, which was spacious and clean. The property is well laid out and well maintained. The staff is very friendly.

I would stay at this resort again. The gym was good and the indoor pool was spacious and great for laps. There is also a hottub indoors. The outdoor pool is relatively small but there is a large pool deck.

They closed pool service every day my midday which didn't make a lot of sense. The spa was closed during the first part of the week, opening on Thursday thru Sunday. The bar and restaurant area closed each evening by 10pm, which seemed a bit odd because the property seemed to be at 100 percent or very close.

All in all, a good Hilton property and definitely a great conference property.

I was there on a Friday night in January 2022 and the vast hotel had a Hollywood post-apocalyptic feel due to being mostly empty. The room, once I reached it via a long trek down an empty corridor, was clean and comfortable. Premium Internet was fast. The breakfast buffet had a good supply of fruit (strawberries, watermelon, e.g.). The price quoted on the Hilton web site and Hilton app was about 20% higher than what was shown on Google Maps from Expedia, Orbitz, Hotels.com, et al.

I would love to give this hotel 5 stars, because most of the employees, especially Hunter, Jake and Erin were awesome. They really made sure that we were well taken care of. That being said, they lose a star because of what happened within our first two hours of our stay. My husband and I got into one of the elevators and we got stuck. I know that could happen, and it lasted about 5 minutes, which during that time my husband started having a panic attack because he doesn’t do well in elevators on the best case scenario. After yelling and banging on the doors, because there was no phone or way to reach the outside, we were finally heard by some workers. When we finally got out I went right to the front desk, I wanted to report what happened. I won’t mention the persons name, but he was a tall male that was standing behind the desk. For some reason he thought it was funny and started to laugh and smile. I looked at him and was stunned at his reaction. I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years, always treated with respect and I was floored at his reaction. That being said, the hotel is lovely, just bouncing back from the pandemic and really trying to get things going again. They could use more restaurants, maybe offer free coffee and water in the lobby, and maybe a cheaper alternative to a breakfast, maybe a continental breakfast for those that don’t want to add an additional $22.00 per person to your bill!

I can’t answer. Hilton’s aren’t USUALLY, but I would verify with the hotel. We have taken our dog and let her sleep in the car when the hotel isn’t pet friendly (out of necessity). Definitely check the average temperatures in the area. (Luckily, when it happened it wasn’t hot or cold).
