If you can reserve one of the spots along the river, it is beautiful and peaceful. About 15 minutes to town and 10 minutes to purgatory, it is in a beautiful location. Make sure to bring your bicycles as Rte 250 is right there with beautiful bike rides for miles.

Do not stay here!! The people that run this “resort” are horrible!! They just want your money! We stayed there and there were gunshots, and some kind of loud party. They had the nerve to tell me that they can’t control how people act when they’re camping! Don’t stay at the RV…
Nice campsites, shady trees, good fire pits, pleasant swimming pool. And on weekends in the afternoon, awesome ice cream at a very reasonable price! Oh, and did I mention clean restrooms, free Wi-Fi and quiet?
