If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel within a block of the Durango Silverton train, this is it. Nothing fancy - clean, quiet motel for half the price of other nearby hotels. Stayed two nights in two different rooms on either end of our train journey to Silverton and had no issues with either room. Convenient, clean and quiet....

This is an older property, but it has been renovated recently. The room was clean and comfortable, many of the amenities were better than average quality. The location was great, right in downtown. They also made an effort to keep things quiet at night, which was appreciated. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, no hot food, but there are places nearby...

Couldn't pass up the location within 3min walk from the train station, and was pleasantly suprised at the quality of the room. Comfortable bed, with a selection of pillows to choose from (firm or soft). Room appears recently remodeled with nice clean bathroom. The shower is a bit small about 3x3ft but again recently upgraded. Quiet place. If you are...

We rode the train into Durango for 2 nights, we did not have transportation once we were in Durango, so location was most important to us. This hotel definitely fit the bill--it is 300+ feet from the train depot--very convenient and appreciated. (Although, for future reference, there are several hotels within convenient walking-distance from the depot--but for more $$). The...

My family rented 2 rooms here and went rafting after our 1st night. We travel with a 3 lb service dog who we leave kenneled anytime she's not with us, and during the night. Before our rafting trip we called the front desk because we'd forgotten to leave the do not disturb sign on the door and had left our...

This older motel was only a block or two from the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Station, a movie theater, and downtown restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean and comfortable, but we had a lot of trouble with the key card door lock. A couple times every day during our 5-night stay, we had to have all of...

If you're staying in Durango to see the town and surrounding area, not so much to be pampered at a resort, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are small and modest but very clean. The bed was super comfortable, the shower had a real glass door, and the staff was polite and helpful. I will definitely be...

We stayed here two nights as we were riding the train. We checked in and got a bottom room i think 101 or 401? Easy walk to old town Durango and we could park at the hotel. Room was huge and bed and linen were great. Very clean. Breakfast was great, cereal, fruit, toast and hot coffee. We parked here...

The room was spacious and very clean..Free parking and walking distance to all areas of the historic district..quiet even though it was close to train ride and was in a tourist town on a holiday. The staff was very helpful and had wonderful suggestions on great eating spots. Will definitely stay again you can't beat the price for everything you...

Nice hotel located a short walk from the train station and downtown Durango. The manager was very helpful. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. We had no problem with the wifi in our room, which was on the second floor. We would stay here again if we...
