This Hotel location is good and so convenient for overseas tourists like us, it's right in the heart of the town center which you can walk to restaurants , cafe, all shops. " last but not least. the beds are super comfy and the rooms are clean. "

OMG... Where do I begin? We loved this place. I have been in the travel industry for over fifteen years. Have stayed at 5 star resorts, all the way down to no stars based on our travel. My hubby and I had been in Albuquerque for balloonfest, and at the last minute decided to check one more event off his...

You can walk to everything from here. The train depot is steps away and then there are all the great little shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable though a bit small. The bed was great! Slept like a log since our room was off the street and very quiet. My only real drawback was our room was...

We picked the Durango Lodge because it was close to the Durango to Silverton railroad depot. Our experience was mixed. First the pros: Excellent location with many good restaurant choices nearby. Good rooms that were quiet with excellent beds. And the Cons: 1. No elevator to the second floor rooms. I had requested a ground floor room because of bad...

If you are going to Durango to ride the famous steam engine train to Silverton, this is the place to stay. Parking here is free for hotel guests and the train station is literally just a few steps down the street. It is also convenient to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Our room was very nice, off the street,...

You can walk to eat anywhere and it is right by the movie theater and train station. They have one room that has 3 double beds if you have a big family. Rooms are great...

The Durango Lodge is located one block from the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Depot. It is an older property but has been updated and is clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony which faced the roundhouse, it was delightful listening to the steam engines shuffling trains that evening in the twilight.

This hotel was in a great location. Once I arrived and parked my car in the hotel lot, I could walk around the entire 'Old Town' part of Durango easily. This works well for those that want to try out the wineries and breweries in 'Old Town' and not worry about having a dd. Also, if you are interested in...

We came to Durango to spend the night and enjoy the shopping and restaurants in the historic district. The property is older but has been well maintained. The beds and linens were nice and the bath towels were thick and fluffy. The pool provided a nice spot for a glass of wine. You can park your car at the lodge...

I gave it a 3 star only because of how good the location of the hotel is. Other then that, the staff is miserable. Especially home keeping. Watch out for the middle age brown hair skinny home keeper. Very mean and rude. Guests should not be treated like that. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything the people...
