We enjoyed having a "home with kitchen" for our last night of a long vacation. The kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and some dishes for us to cook both a good dinner and breakfast. The condo sleeps 6, but the pull-out sofa was not comfortable. Checking in was a hassle due to lack of communication. Even though...

Our unit was updated and well stocked for our summer visit. Nice and quiet, all the things we needed for a family with young kids. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were appreciated at the end of a long day. The unit had smart TVs and a decent wifi connection so we were able to stay as connected...

We (2 adults and 1 child) rented a Wintergreen floor plan (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story) unit for a Spring Break ski trip from the Purgatory Ski Resort web site. We were given Unit 327 in the Silverton building (which appeared to be one of the older buildings in the complex). The pictures of condos on all web sites for...

We stayed in a smaller older unit. We had family members stay in a newer unit towards the West of the property who felt similar as to the following. Other than location to Purgatory and a decent indoor pool this lodging offers nothing better than what you can get in town. Extremely outdated, not very clean, old tube TV's, and...

We had the most beautiful house with amazing amenities. Cascade Village is in the perfect location for all different types of attractions. It's only a couple of minutes from the ski lift and tubing. We can't wait to go back!!

Our loft was adequate and attractive. We were two miles from Purgatory Ski Lodge and enjoyed our stay. The Cascade facility has a large indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed a great view of the surrounding mountains.

Great hiking, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, and game room. No restaurant but nearby place of exceptional quality. Front desk helpful with hiking maps, etc. Spacious accommodations and units with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as smaller options.

The Durango area is a hidden gem. We stayed at Cascade Village (couple of miles from DMR/Purgatory ski area) and loved it! Majestic views, wonderful amenities and very friendly people. There were several awesome hiking trails within minutes from the complex, a quick 25 min drive back into the picturesque town of Durango or shuttle to Purgatory during ski season!...

We stayed as Cascade Village at Durango Mountain Resort. I was very disappointed. The room had a broken shower with no water pressure, the pillows smelled like sweat; one bed had blood on the bed spread, the kitchen had broken appliances, the Jacuzzi tub was broken and did not work at all and the DVD player was broken not working...

These Town homes are awesome. They are really spacious. The one we got was unit 4C facing mountains. Very nice view from balcony. Kitchen is fully loaded with whatever you can think of. Management is also very supportive. We had a hot water issue and they sent someone immediately to fix. Will consider this again if plan to visit in...
