Went during between seasons, to visit family in the area. Located half way between Durango and Silverton this condo community offered breathtaking views of fall colors. The complex has an indoor pool, and rec room. We stayed in Silverton #351, slept 8, and was beautifully decorated.

This is not a hotel but an independently owned and managed condo. The folks at the front desk are only there to give you a key. When you reserve you really don't know what you are going to get and it depends on who owns the unit. In my case the wifi didn't work the entire time I was there... More

This was my first experience using VRBO and I must admit I was surprised. The condo was very clean and matched the description and photos as advertised. I cannot wait to visit again although I may choose a slightly larger one next time. Condo 358 is a one bedroom one bath. The bedroom is actually a loft with the bathroom... More

I enjoyed my stay here in a studio condo. It was small, but had all the comforts of home, for the most part, and was way better than a typical hotel room. The unit and the building both felt pretty dated, but everything seemed to work okay. I didn't use many of the amenities like the pool, hot tub, or... More

As part of a large family reunion, we rented 15 condominium units here for one week. Renting this number of units gave us a good opportunity to assess the quality of the condominiums available here. Since these are individually owned condominiums that are managed by Cascade Village, you never know what your going to get. Some of the units were... More

The rooms are actually furnished condos with everything you would need as well as covered parking. Access to Pool and Jacuzzi and two outside hot tubs. Tennis court and bbq grills are also available. Main room also has a pool table. Being just 2 miles north of the Purgatory Resort, this was perfect for enjoying the mountain activities but still... More

This is a great place to stay if you want some additional room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, both with King beds and pill out bed. Plenty of room for wife and I and Mom. Both had privacy and could relax together in the evenings. Wifi and cable TV also.

Was nice to stay away from the town. Would highly recommend Durango Mountain Resort for a great place to stay. This is especially true is traveling with family. We had a 2 Bedroom condo that was great. 1 Bedroom downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs, both with King Beds, also had a pull out if needed. The staff was great and... More

We enjoyed having a "home with kitchen" for our last night of a long vacation. The kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and some dishes for us to cook both a good dinner and breakfast. The condo sleeps 6, but the pull-out sofa was not comfortable. Checking in was a hassle due to lack of communication. Even though... More

Our unit was updated and well stocked for our summer visit. Nice and quiet, all the things we needed for a family with young kids. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were appreciated at the end of a long day. The unit had smart TVs and a decent wifi connection so we were able to stay as connected... More
