Detailed Reviews
My wife and I stayed here for a 2 week “working vacation “ and really enjoyed our time here! The owners are very friendly and will do everything in their power to make sure you enjoy your stay!
The park is kept in great condition and has bike/walking trails.
There is so much to do in this area, McPhee Reservoir, Canyon of the Ancients, Durango. Also Ouray and Moab are great 2 hour day trips!

This is the best RV park we've experienced in a decade of travelling in the West. Immaculately clean facilities, good mature trees for shade and privacy, inspiring owners with real vision of how to use this remarkable piece of land. Stayed 3 times as long as we intended.

We were surprised to find this beautiful, clean, organized camp ground in Delores. The owners and camp ground hosts were helpful and friendly. The showers, restrooms and laundry were clean and very well maintained. We stayed here after almost four weeks of travel through New Mexico, Arizona and the Four Corners. It was a treat! There is a nice walking trail and a pavilion area, well kept, with gas grills for guest
Use (if you don’t want to get yours dirty—as Matt told us 😉). It was the perfect location for us to explore Hovenweep area, McPhee Resevoir and the Galloping Goose Railroad Museum in Delores. Also took the owner’s advice for a Mexican restaurant in town, which was quite authentic and delicious food and margaritas!

This family run campground is the BEST campground we have stayed in, in both the U.S. and Canada. The layout is perfect for taking advantage of the beautiful views. The owners have thought of everything in terms of comfort. There is even a gorgeous group fire pit area (complete with wood), a lovely outdoor eating pavilion, a walking trail on the property. The washrooms and showers are spotlessly clean as is the laundry room. I would highly, highly recommend staying here and exploring the lovely little town of Dolores and visiting Mesa Verde National Park.

Beautiful views! Plus the cleanest rv park I've ever visited! The gravel gets raked every night! The bathrooms and laundry are spic and span. Beautiful touches everywhere you look. Camp sites have plenty of privacy.

We stayed in glamping tent g2, you really can't say a negative thing about it. The tent was great very comfortable with fridge, Keurig, microwave and fan. The tent has a deck with an amazing view of Mesa Verde and Ute Tribal Land. You will not be disappointed in this accommodation. The rest of the views is best described as spotless the bathrooms are updated and very clean, paths are raked etc... It is obvious that Matt and Wendy have taken care of every detail. I only wish I had been able to stay two nights as I planned but Southwest airlines had other plans for me. I am already thinking about coming back next year to explore the area more.

Overall the park has many beautiful long spacious sites. We weren't in one. We picked one of the regular pull through sites over the internet and that was where we went wrong. The fellow that owns or manages the park was very nice and led us to site 19 which was in a row of campers that were very close together. Waaaay too close. Every other site could be removed. Other than that the hook ups were fine. We are hoping to return and next time we will pay more and pick a better location in the park.

This place is beautiful! The owners are amazing and keep the property very clean. We were booked at another campground but changed bc we needed full hookups. And I’m so glad we did. Upon entering, not only were we greeted by the nicest people ever, we were given information on the surrounding areas and ideas for things to do! The views are gorgeous, there is a nice little trail which was great to burn extra energy off the kids when driving all day. If going to the San Juan area, I would not stay anywhere else!

This is the kind of swanky campground I see in Sunset Magazine but have never stumbled upon. Its more money than state parks, but the owners are very helpful, the vibe is awesome, the views are super, and given the quality internet and the electric hookups, I can work in a beautiful location. I'll be back. I wish there was a network of campgrounds like this one. Oh, and they rent stand up paddleboards for use at the reservoir across the street. Very chill. 10-15 minutes from Cortez and Mancos with several good restaurants.
