The hotel is currently under renovation. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and organized for being under renovation. Noise was minimal and notice was given about overnight water shutoff which was late enough and ended before we were up. Our room had not been renovated yet but was clean and had the typical comfortable Westin bed. Bathroom was a good size along with the room. Would stay again, especially after the renovation is completed!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and while it’s a little older it’s generally a good place to stay downtown. 2/5 stars at the moment because it’s mid-renovation which means that the main lobby is completely closed, and there is quite a bit of construction. I was notified of the construction at check in which is good, and thought I wouldn’t really mind that much. It’s been VERY loud though and generally even too loud in the room to get any work done, participate in Zoom calls (maybe that’s a plus?), or get much rest during the day. Location is still great and at the moment the fitness center and pool are not impacted by the work being done. As mentioned before it’s a somewhat older hotel and the renovations will be a welcome upgrade once they’re done, but I’d avoid this hotel until they are completed. Signage in the hotel says that should be April 2023. Come back in May.

Beautiful hotel. Didn't mind the construction going on. Nice gym and pool. The staff made my stay special since they prepared the room with the requests I wanted. Even though, they did not offer breakfast, the bar had some food options. Will come back soon.

I pre paid for my deluxe king room a week in advance. Upon arrival they informed me that they had sold my room and they were downgrading me to a queen with a free breakfast. Spend your money somewhere else.

Stayed here for a work trip. Arrived late at night. Pros 1. Hotel staff were friendly. 2. The hotel had snacks for purchase by the front desk. 3. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons 1. The room was older. 2. The elevator system was slower and complicated. 3. Ride service had a hard time figuring out how to pull into the hotel pick-up area.

Reading all the reviews I was worried about this stay. I didn't have much choice as my conference was hear. Well I'm glad to say the haters were wrong. This is a good hotel and everything went perfectly. I chose a Mountain View and loved it. Some parts of the hotel were still opening up after the pandemic, but everyone was attentive and kind. Let me say the best part was that I got there way early and they gave me my room. That was so kind and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way and the facility was great. I saw they are renovating and that's good. But I must say that the location is terrific.

Horrible. Do NOT stay here. With so many incredible choices nearby I can’t imagine why anyone would stay here unless they were scammed with fake pictures and promises like we were. I’m a Marriott Gold member traveling for business, attending a conference at the hotel. Our room was right next to the elevator. You could hear the elevator all night sounding like a freight train, it was maddening. I’m a heavy sleeper and even I couldn’t handle it. We tried to get our room moved but we were told the resort is “sold out”. After 40 minutes at 11pm they were finally able to get us a room on the 13th floor. Gather our crap. Move to new room. Lo and behold it’s also right next to the elevator. Not connected to it so at least there’s no freight train coming through but still. I assume these are the rooms that are leftovers which is frustrating on so many levels. The rooms also feel dingy and dirty. For the price I’d expect better. Hairs in the bed. Dirty shower. Grimy floors. If you are like me and plan conferences for groups/business meetings, steer clear of this hotel. AWFUL! You can find so many better options in this town, there’s no reason to stay somewhere like here.

Chose to stay here for one night so we could get a shuttle bus close by to a concert at Red Rocks. We wish we had chosen another hotel. When we finally returned and turned the sheets down at 1am, one of the 2 beds was full of body hair and stains. Little black curly hairs. The staff at the front desk was not helpful or apologetic. When we called them, they gave us only one option to pack up all our things at 1am and go downstairs to get a new room key. No apologies or anything. When I started asking questions, the overnight supervisor offered us a choice of free breakfast or extra hotel points, neither of which we accepted because we already had plans for breakfast. We finally got up to a new room and to bed after 1:30am. In the morning at check out, the front desk staff was ready to check us out without asking us any questions about our stay. I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted them to know about our experience in the middle of the night. We were told the manager wasn't around, and we were comped a small portion of our $500 room. If the staff had been more concerned and apologetic about our bed not being changed, it would have helped us enjoy our stay and justified paying almost $400 for the bad experience. Would not recommend staying here. Beware: they may give you a bed that was slept in the night before!!!
