Well you can roll Sh** in powder sugar but that don't make it a Jelly Donut..... They ruined my Anniversary with this Skidd Row Hotel. A roof pool Over loaded with Pot Heads to hide and smoke. they didn't even have rooms at the hotel. the Valet looked as though he was High as a Kite asking for your keys while sipping away Drool..?? This Place is the Shame of the "WARWICK" Name. They Could Not Pay me to Return.

From the cold water to poor customer service, I would recommend any other place than this! The Hotel front desk staff are poorly trained and lack the skills in the field of customer service. They didn’t communicate any information from you need to schedule housekeeping services and if you so for extra travels they will make you feel like slime! The room itself was great, but everything else a disaster. They tout their rooftop pool, but don’t tell you that’s it’s tiny and if you want to use it, you need reservations. Again, no communication at all. So don’t get conned by their pretty pictures. Do the research and the decide! Oh also, good luck getting hot water in the sink or the shower!

820parull, Thanks for sharing your review with Warwick Denver. My apologies on your experience during your visit with us to Colorado. COVID threw a lot of businesses Downtown Denver some unforeseens and we were no exception to the outcome. We are bringing back staff and also hiring new staff to rectify the concern that has been brought to our attention. What was not expected was how fast travelers would return so we are filling positions as I write to you so a lot of new faces that we are ramping up to provide that top knotch service expected when visiting hotels. You are correct that information should be dissemintated at check-in and explained to enhance your stay and in this case, we did not not deliver in this area. I sincerely apologize to you personally. I will share your review with the Department Head so additional training is provided to the newer team members so this does not go untaken care of for any of our future guest. In regards to the cold and hot water, we had an unexpected issue in that area however our Engineering Department raced to get this resolved so no other cold/hot water issues should arise. Unfortuenetly, this occured during your visit and I sincerely apologize to you that we try our hardest to meet/exceed each of our guest experiences with us. I ask that if you find your way back to Denver to give us another chance and see what we have improved upon. Safe travels to you 820parull.

We have stayed at the Warwick many times and loved it. This was our first visit when we were disappointed. We appreciate the challenges of COVID limitations, however, the smell of marijuana in the hallways and elevators needs to be addressed. The front desk appeared to be understaffed as well. We hope these issues are resolved soon.

Z5638UEbetsys, Thanks for sharing your review with Warwick Denver. We value your business and thank you for your loyalty of staying with us whenever you visit Denver. COVID did throw many hotels challenges and we were not left out of that equations. We have and continue to staff departments that were affected by COVID and return to some type of normalcy. In doing so, the Front Desk area is where we have recently brought onboard additional staff members to be able to take care of the guest quicker and faster therefore setting the precedent for the guest stay. I ask that if your find your way back to Denver, to give us another chance to see the improvements we are continueing to make. We also have Security in place in the evenings to enforce the marijuana issue so hopefully this is rectified and this concern is minimal going forward if such does occur as we are a 100% Smoke Free hotel and do enforce the no smoking policy.

We stayed at the Warwick several years ago, and it was very nice. So when we found ourselves in Denver again, we went back. Our 2 night package included valet parking. Well, there was a line for a valet that was backed up 5 car lengths. The front desk person was surly, to say the least. When I asked for a roll away bed for our granddaughter, he said that there were none, and that it would be an extra $30/night if one could be procured. I pointed out that the package we had booked had listed a roll away as an included amenity. He told us to take it up with the front desk person in the morning. We proceeded to the room. OMG! The room was scarcely furnished, with a couple of chairs and a bed. The bed linen was atrocious. I didn’t want to touch the pillows. The bed skirt was laying around the bed, mostly on the floor. For $175/night, I was surely expecting A WHOLE LOT more. I returned to Mr. Surly at the front desk, and asked that we be released from our reservation. He did tell us if we left we would not be charged, but he said he couldn’t give us a Cancellation number to that effect. I requested he give us a piece of paper stating that the reservation was cancelled, and I got his name! So when the charge appears on the credit card bill, as I’m certain it will, I will fight it to the end. Take my advice. Don’t go to the Warwick in Denver.

Now Brandon was beyond awesome and beyond helpful however every thing else was a mess. The front desk girl was really rude and short tempered and did not properly check us in.. I have been in the hotel industry for over 15 years and housekeeping and I believe her name was Emily would not be working for my business and representing my hotel. The room was very unsanitary the bathroom tub was not able to be used due to the fact that the plug came out in my my friends hand there was hair pubs too 🤢 and blood on the walls. Brandon helped us get into a different room and was pleasant thru out the whole process. If I ever returned here Brandon would be the only reason. The second room not much better when it came to housekeeping. However Brandon worked so hard to try to make things right that me made do. So Brandon thank you deeply for all your efforts but this is by far one of my most unhappy experiences in an most upscale hotel. That rag was used to wipe down the room and had been rinsed 3 times before the picture was taken.
