The staff was very professional and helpful. Hotel location in the Denver Technical Center provided a wonderful spot from which to enjoy our short adventure. We recommend Hyatt when we visit and know others will find this Hyatt well managed and run!
I have stayed at this hotel several weeks at a time since the COVID-19 Pandemic. The hotel is amazing! The service, attention to the needs of its guest is outstanding. I am the CEO of an International Investment Company. I literally live in hotels much of each year. The hotel has been diligent is maintaining safety protocols for covid-19. Moreover, it has been politely strict in making sure guests wear masks, keep proper social distancing, and are aware of the safety of other guests. I felt safe! The General Manager Soham is superb! Ivan the Director of Rooms, Atakan the Front Office Manager and Stephanie in Guest Services are among the top 1% of hotel staff I have come across in my 25+ years of travel! not long ago I stayed at the Flagship Park Hyatt Hotel in Chicago for 40 days. The Hyatt Denver Tech is on par with that property. Actually in some areas, it surpasses the Chicago Park Hyatt! This place is beautiful staff is very helpful ... the rooms are always clean an cozy just has that I don’t wanna leave feel to it.. I would hands down for the price recommend this hotel to anyone it’s close to everything
Stayed weekend of 11/13/20, hotel appears empty. Reception staff was very nice and professional. However, no daily cleaning service. I always reuse towels so that part didn’t bother me. But since there is no coffee available (or food) downstairs, I made coffee in the room and my supplies were not refilled. Didn’t realize it until 6am. Water didn’t stay hot for more than 2 min. The bed was not made and no extra blankets in the room. Didn’t expect to be cold while sleeping. Overall, not a good stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone my stay was horrible it was over crowded short staffed they ran outof towels and there wasnt anyone on staff for housekeeping the entire timeof my 4 day stay and the trash was ridiculous
