To be honest everything about the hotel was very good. The staff where great and the rooms where very nice. It is a lovely hotel. I did hear that there was a shortage of microwaves for the guests. And of course the elevator problem was a constant irritation.

We were for a convention with only 2 to 3 occasionally working elevators. Could not plan to be at events on time. The buffets were minimal choice and basic amenities were hard to come by the ticket was dropped as we sat and before we could get water or drinks we were asked if we were done with the ticket. No coffee at breakfast or juice just water, soda and ice tea for $25 person.

Our room was very nice. Had a great view of the Rockies and the bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. However, only 2 of their 5 elevators were working during a convention with hundreds of people. We were staying on the 11th floor, so stairs were a painful option. I recognize that there were supply chain issues, but that doesn't make my stay more enjoyable. I would stay again if I were assured that the elevators were working. Also, the breakfast was pretty good, but the "hot" items were not kept very hot, so the eggs were cold by the time I got them back to my table. That area could use some work. The staff was very pleasant both in the breakfast area and at the front desk.

Half of the elevators were out of order during a large convention, aspects of the hotel were rendered unusable for handicap individuals. Food was subbar, and items were often sold out. Inadequate parking for a large convention.

nice place to stay - eat somewhere else. Well you want 200 words min - there isn't much to say except the restaurant over charges for the selections on Sunday - Saturday was pretty good. The room was nice - just average - it did have a small frig which was nice but the safe above it would not stay closed. I fixed that the same paper towels.

I felt very taken care of at this Hyatt. The warm welcome from the women who checked me in made me feel great, she changed my room to something a little better, and I had a great stay in this lovely hotel.

I had some difficulty caused by my employer not setting the payment terms correctly. Kat and Jonathan on reception could not have been more helpful. Absolute stars. Room was nice and clean and generally a nice hotel. One small point was the rude bar man in the 2nd floor bar. I didn't tip him because of his attitude and so he enforced a 20% tip on my bill. I had it removed but be aware

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center exceeded expectations. Everything was Class A - from service to accommodations to food, etc. I would highly recommend staying here. While it isn't walking distance to restaurants, it's an incredibly short Uber drive and Ubers are readily available.

To start, everyone we dealt with at this hotel was outstanding. Friendly, courteous and efficient. The hotel itself was as we expected of a Hyatt Regency. Clean and well maintained. We didn't use any of the amenities. It is sad that the DTC is the newest Colorado ghost town. The minor irritations were that when checking in for a 3 night stay the folio said that because of the length of stay there wouldn't be housekeeping service. However, they room was cleaned excellently despite this disclaimer. The room had a great view of the mountains but they put a couch in front of it that was the width of the room and then there was a huge table in front of the couch. That made seeing the view from the window very difficult and uncomfortable. The last irritation was that we were charged $15.00 to park in an empty parking lot. This isn't Manhattan. We will be back in September and will consider other options in the DTC.
