We arrived in Denver for 3 days before going on to ski in Breckenridge. The Magnolia Hotel offers excellent attentive service. We debated over where to stay and chose The Magnolia because of its location. We walked everywhere downtown within minutes. The one bedroom suite was clean, spacious and well decorated. The fireplace added an ambiance that was well worth...

Stayed two nights around NYE in one of the smaller, 700 sq ft suites. I found the service level from the valet to the check-in staff excellent; everyone was very pleasant and able to accommodate any request. The location is perfect as it is right downtown and only a few blocks from the convention center as well as the 16h...

This hotel had the nicest employee's! They couldn't have been anymore helpful. The hotel has old world charm. A little bit pricey but worth it. Coffee and food is all close by or by room service. Bad thing about downtown is the parking. Parking is a bit pricey at this hotel............but again the people who park your car couldn't have...

Thank you Laurie! We will pass along your wonderful notes to our valet team! As a side note for future visitors, we did complete an audit of the downtown hotels in 2016 and Magnolia overnight valet parking is very similar (or less) than other full service hotels. Our goal is to offer a fun experience at a fair value! :)...

I arrived in Denver in the midst of the snow storm and didn't go to the hotel until around 2 am because of a delayed flight. To my dismay, no one was at the front desk. I called out, called on my phone, etc. but it wasn't until about 20 minutes later that someone showed up claiming there had been...

This hotel actually has a lot of potential but fell down on the mark for me. The room is fine but many rooms have a windows only to the garage. Our room had heating issues with the boiler so stayed 66 degrees. That is fine for sleeping but they had to bring s portable heater. Downstairs is ok. Needs some...

Dear classytravelseeker, We appreciate you taking the time to review your experience with us. We also appreciate you drawing our attention to areas where we can improve customer experience. Without valuable feedback, both positive and constructive, we wouldn't be able to constantly revise and raise our already elevated standard of service. Thank you again.

I was happy with this hotel overall. It was in a great location, friendly staff and the room was large. I had a suite and it had a living room area, a separate bedroom, a dining room and a roomy bathroom. I would stay here again.

The hotel was having an unbelievable special price so I decided to give it a try. First, let me say that the staff was wonderful. Also, the cookies and milk happy hour was wonderful. I truly enjoyed that. My negatives for the hotel were carpet smell and slow valet service. The carpet on the 4th floor smelled horrible. As soon...

Our fireplace suite was incredibly nice and clean. We loved sitting by the fireplace and chatting. We also loved the nightly cookies that were served in the downstairs lobby. The location was very convenient and the staff were are incredibly friendly.

The Magnolia is a hotel in transition. It recently became a part of the Starwood family of hotels, and renovations and improvements are planned. On the upside, the staff is lovely and very customer oriented. Devon, at check in, was charming despite being incredibly busy with check ins. As a Platinum guest, they upgraded my room to a spacious suite....

It's a boutique and quirky--what you would expect in Downtown Denver. To the reviewers who complained about pot smoke smell--yeah--welcome to Denver--the apartment building smell like that as well. No getting around it. The bed was really comfortable and I slept great. The location can't be beat.
