The staff was great from the time I checked in until I checked out. The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The view from my room was good even though I had to see snow ! The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent....More
Stayed for business trip. Down at heel with poor faculties and can’t be bothered staff (except breakfast waitress who was lovely). Shabby, spartan and run down. Business centre consists of two ancient pcs that don’t work and a printer with ‘out of order’ permanently written...More

Went for a night, asked for an upgrade, they said sure.
We are Hyatt gold members but usually doesn't work that easy.
Large free breakfast.
centrally located near malls and not far from downtown.
staff friendly. rooms nice. Nice gym
We were quickly welcomed upon arrival. The lobby is roomy, but not wasted space. They were able to give us a room upon our very early arrival (11:30) and were happy to do so. Their lunch recommendation (an area--not just a restaurant) was good.
I usually stay across the street at the Residence Inn, but price was a factor so I ended up here.
Check in was swift. I arrived around noon, but Baley gave me a key to my room in the West Tower. She put me in...More

We took the train/light rail to stop, where the hotel shuttle picked us up. Just be very clear about which stop/intersection they are going to pick you up at. We had some miscommunication, got off the train too early, and had to wait for the next one, to reboard, after a phone conversation informed us we were too far from the hotel yet, for the driver to pick us up. The train costs a flat 9 dollars each. See website and railmap on the website rtd-denver lightrail website. (I tried to embed URL, but Trip advisor won't allow it.)
You will change trains at Union Station to H,E or F lines and get off at Colorado Ave. All 3 lines stop there, they just run at different times. There is some walking to do at Union station to find the desired platform, so be sure you can lug your luggage OK. There is space on the train for luggage.
