First of all I want to say that I had a horrible flight and arrival into DIA, so when arriving to my hotel to be greeted by someone with integrity and outstanding customer service was a sigh of relief. Audrey was not only friendly, but patient, helpful and knew what she was doing. This young lady was on point and knew what she was doing, and her cheerful disposition was just what I needed after the nightmare I had endured on my way into and at DIA. My husband was meeting me at the hotel, and Audrey and Alex, the 2 desk clerks who were assisting me. They both assured me that staggering in our check-in time was not going to be an issue, nor would it be any trouble that we asked to check out late on the day of check-out, due to our flights leaving later in the day. What a relief! (And without attitude or hassle.) Both of these knowledgeable folks then shared the amenities of the hotel, and talked about the area, the culture and nightlife in the city. They shared information about The Fire Restaurant & Lounge located in the hotel where my husband and I later enjoyed cocktails, and a delicious meal on the gorgeous rooftop patio. I was able to get a nap in before my husband arrived in a room with a view! We enjoyed a lovely weekend together before parting ways back to work in opposite cities. This is what kind of service you want when traveling for business, pleasure or both.…
The Arts is a beautiful, high end, hotel in a great location in Denver. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. They have a lovely patio with a nice Happy Hour and good food in the restaurant. The rooms are very modern and clean. We would recommend this hotel is you are visiting Denver.
Booked a Mountain View suite and paid over $400 for the room several weeks before arrival with no refund option. Arrived to be told I'd been upgraded but this turned out to not be my truth. I was moved from the mountain side to the busy street side. Was staying on my wedding night and couldn't slept because the room was too hot and noisy. Waited 40 minutes for valet. Ended up getting may own car instead of continuing to wait.
Apologies in advance for this long rant, but I feel as though I need to give fair warning to those who might make a reservation. I was recently in Denver with my family for my son's college graduation and stayed at the Art Hotel. Sadly, it was perhaps the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we checked in, the staff had us in the wrong rooms ( my 92 year-old mother needed an accessible room), insisted the hotel was sold out, but somehow found another room for me when the first one had a broken TV, and kept implying that the mistakes were somehow my fault because I booked the reservation through a third party company. The confusion continued for the entire stay, ultimately resulting in incorrect charges when we checked out. The coup de grace, though, came when my younger son arrived at around midnight to stay in my room. I had notified the staff that he would be arriving late and should be let in. I watched as his name was put into the computer. Unfortunately, when he showed up, he was denied access to my room and sent away! He ended up taking a Lime scooter in the middle of the night halfway across Denver to my older son's apartment where he slept on the couch. When I inquired the next day, the staff told me that there was no record of his name that they could find. Really? When I got home, I sent two e-mails to the hotel manager, which went unanswered. I wrote to the customer service folks and received 2 obviously standard templated letters with weak apologies, offers of modest monetary compensation, but no specific response to these issues. I'm generally a reasonable person, and have not ever written this sort of review. I also recognize that Hilton is a huge company that doesn't necessarily have time to personally respond to all complaints. However, I feel as though with one exception (a kind and helpful staff member), every inch of the way, my concerns were managed in the most arrogant and impersonal fashion.…
Great spot in the art district of Denver. Awesome rooftop bar with great food and service! The bartenders Chris, Jenn (Sacha), Jaylen were awesome and made some great drinks. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink even if you are not stating at the hotel.
Whoa! It's time to call out some FANTASTIC staff at The Art in Denver. First off, I don't usually post on TripAdvisor, but these wonderful people deserve a huge shout out. Now the Art, as a Hilton property, and part of their Curio collection is great. But what makes this property shine is their staff. Their parking staff is friendly and accommodating. Victor and others at the front desk make your arrival and departure seamless. But there's more, their restaurant FIRE. I'm on the road for business and pleasure every two weeks. I have had some of the best meals here in Denver. But take note in this rising star in the culinary world, Jon Keely. Jon creates some of the most beautiful dishes I've had in the USA. His dishes match those I've had in Europe and Mexico. The presentation, the flavor, the combinations. Trust me you would not be disappointed by stopping this Hilton property and just grabbing some food prepared by Chef Keely. Whenever you go to hotels, it's often hit or miss with the staff. Those who travel as much as I do know what I'm talking about. But... staff at the Art are consistently attentive. Scott, Jalen, and Doug are spot on with their service. They always remember you, and take care of your requests whether or not they are you servers. You guy's are great!))) And Fig, thank you for everything. She is the evening manager. She completes the circle. Chef, hosts, and manager... great team work here. Hilton take note, as a Diamond member that has traveled to many of your properties this is the best of the best! Great job Art and Fire team! Dr. Carlos Mendoza …
Wow! We arrived in the evening, and were greeted by thousands of sparkling lights. The light on the ceiling of the entrance are a piece of artwork, of varying brightness and patterns. The elevator contained artwork in the form of the most adorable film of dogs. There were statues and beautiful pieces of artwork throughout the hotel. When we entered the room, my daughter said that it is the most beautiful hotel she has ever seen. The room was so beautiful, that I found myself enjoying the room itself, and took three baths while we visited. I never take baths! As if that were not enough, the customer service was amazing. In the middle of the night, I needed to find an item for my daughter that was not actually sold in the hotel store. Victor unlocked a separate room, searched around, and found the item that we needed. He proceeded to add in two Hershey bars to make her smile. He really went out of his way, and did it so naturally and cheerfully. I recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway, or as a family getaway like the one that we took. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the Colorado mountains and the architecture of the modern art museum visible from our window. What an experience!…
Love this hotel and Alex was the best! He helped satisfy me and my wife in so many ways. Played the dopest music and gave us lots of amazing recommendations. This guy is the best if you are looking for a good time!
What a gem! Art Hotel, a Hilton hotel, was an excellent place to stay while in Denver for a Memorial Service. The rooms were well designed, the customer service was excellent at all levels, restaurant, front desk, valet. John the manager was especially amazing! Location next to the Art Museum is also excellent! The pillows could have been softer and less full, but not everything can be perfect!
With my positive experience with the Art Hotel in Dallas, we decided to spend our night at Denver Art Hotel. Our first surprise was the hotel location is right in the site cultural complex. Secondly our service in the hotel was plainly A-one, from front desk Star, to restaurant Allison and Dana, they were all so spontaneous and helpful. Lastly the restaurant serves wonderful meals, from breakfast to dinner. We definitely would return next time in Denver area.
