Book it through AmEx FHR. Got the hotel around 8pm, didn’t feel I was welcome. The guy just read through the AmEx FHR letter and told us the hotel was fully booked so he could not do any room upgrade. It’s fairly understandable but I didn’t feel good. I found there was no toothpaste around 10:30pm. So I called the front desk. And I was told I need to come down and picked it up. Never had such experience, it was always delivered to my room if I forgot to bring mine with me. Guess who wants to put on face mask and go downstairs to pick up toothpaste. Anyway the night wasn’t good. But the next day, the front desk lady, Ashly if I remember, did a really nice job. I asked for two bottles of water when waiting for picking up breakfast. There was non left, so she told me to go back to my room and had it delivered in 5min. She also reminded me to use the 100 credit from AmEx FHR, which was really nice. Overall, the front desk guy was not good nor professional during the first night. I would give 2/5. But the front desk lady next day was 5/5. FHR benefit was 4.5/5 due to no room upgrade. I give it 4/5 overall. Will consider coming back again.

Hotel's Favorite
This hotel is fantastic. We stayed two nights with a package that included tickets for visiting the Monet exhibit at the Denver Art Museum (right next to the hotel) when we wanted to do that (it was amazing!). The staff, especially Jacob and Paul at the front desk, were all super - incredibly helpful when making the reservations when we were on the road, and at checkout with suggestions for quick visits before leaving Denver. Breakfasts were wonderful, and we enjoyed drinks on the 4th floor terrace by the fire (at the Fire Restaurant) and in the lounge in the late evening. The art is truly engaging; it includes a Deb Butterfield horse by the front desk, and the best elevator art you could imagine. The craft of construction, detailing and materials is outstanding. I absolutely loved the shower and the precision of joinery in the bathrooms, the bar and restaurant, and elsewhere -- throughout the hotel! ... The porte cochere is amazing. The owners are definitely achieving their goal of providing a rich experience of memorable, world-class art, the highest quality service, great food and drinks, and beautiful, comfortable surroundings for a short or long stay. This hotel would be an excellent choice for professional committee or board meetings, as well as family visits. Valet parking staff were great and helpful with Uber rides, our bags (delivered to room) and conversation while arriving or waiting. We almost stayed an extra day. We will return!

Hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained, secure. Very contemporary. Restaurant was only open for in service dining- no room service due to Covid. Snacks and waters were included. Around the capital is pretty sketchy right now with the protesters, so that area of the city was dirty and there were lots of cops. I would avoid downtown after dark right now.

I booked for a surprise trip for my girlfriend. Very chic and clean. Super trendy. The staff is amazing. Matt checked us in and gave us an upgrade for her birthday. Eighth floor has an awesome view of the mountains. Right next to the Art museum too. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Bryant at valet helped us out with their complimentary bikes and some recommendations around town. The bar is one of the best rooftops in downtown Denver, and Dymond took care of us two nights in a row with amazing service. Greg at the front desk is probably the most knowledgeable concierge I’ve ever encountered. He helped us tremendously with planning out our restaurant visits. Polo and Roger both helped he out with all the things I forgot to bring. Obviously you have wear a mask, but that is expected. Free coffee and tea in the rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable and clean. Would recommend to anyone I know staying downtown!

This may be the best hotel in Denver. We were there in July, and staff were very strictly observing mask protocols and social distancing. The location is excellent, right next to the art museum, and the restaurant is quite good and has plenty of outdoor seating. They not only wash sheets but blankets and pillows. An excellent choice anytime, but especially now.
