I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Denver for a business trip. The hotel fairly clean, but I did alert the hotel that I don’t think he bathroom floor had been swept or mopped because I found hairs that didn’t match mine on the floor. They did write me back an acknowledgement and apology. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the 16th Street Promenade. I also took a Lyft to the Botanical Gardens and zoo; both about a 15 minute drive (approximately $15).

I was in Denver for a conference at the Denver convention center and this hotel was a very short walk (it took less than 5 minutes). The staff were nice, I absolutely love the mobile key (it made checking in and checking out so easy). The bed was really comfortable and I loved having a refrigerator and microwave, but the refrigerator could be a little loud at times. Overall, really great experience.

This is a lovely Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Denver. I would say, similar to others, which is a good thing. Lobby is clean and welcoming, staff friendly, rooms clean etc. You can even request a mountain view! The only challenge to this property is the expensive parking. Another review suggested that their was "cheap" parking nearby--this is not true. You can park across in the Hyatt lot for $40 a night. Yikes. It's pricy and the lot is a bit scary, if you ask me. But, standard for downtown hotels. I discussed this with the Assistant Manager (Ms. Martinez) and she was kind and sympathetic to our parking plight--but, as we know, it is just basic economics for downtown hotels. We will be back, though, as the location is handy, and the price on weekends is good, but will hope for parking rates to decrease. A girl can wish, can't she?

This hotel is in a great location; close to many restaurants and shopping in downtown Denver. All staff we encountered including front desk, the person who replaced the AC unit during our stay and the waitstaff in the restaurant were all very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, my experience with friends was just okay. Needed somewhere to stay in between traveling and hiking the local area. Price for parking was a bit expensive but in reality you could walk or take a train somewhere if you really wanted to. The hotel did its best to accommodate me during the stay but a couple of hiccups with the cleanliness of the bed and towels here or there is why I rated the hotel a 3/5. Overall, they are doing the best they can, and would do their best to fulfill my requests during the stay if I called
