We were here for a couple of nights. We had a king bed and there was a lot of space in the room for 2 people. It had a large shower and big fridge (no microwave). Zuni St - outskirts town. Can see Mile High Broncos stadium, Coors field baseball, aquarium & Elitch Gardens theme park from here. Thermostat not too good, but sorta worked. First floor, but consider second cause heard people upstairs all day & night. $8/day to park. We were actually here April 2018, sorry for the late review!!

A lot of things were shut down presumably because of COVID, but what was open was very nice. I slept soooo well in the comfy beds. It is right on 16th street and close enough to many things in walking distance. The lobby is beautiful and the elements they saved from the old bank were really neat. The only thing that would keep me from coming here again was how bad the city is. It has nothing to do with the hotel. The number of drug addicts and homeless surrounding this area makes it unsafe as soon as you leave the hotel lobby. I was screamed at early in the morning in the hotel parking lot by a crazy person defecating in plain sight!! I hope Denver can find a way to clean up their city and help their own people.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great location. We were able to walk to several local breweries and it was convenient to be next to the mall, since my husband and I forgot something back home. We did have a mix up upon check in where we went to check into our room and there was already someone in it. The room we did end up checking into was very small- and very small considering how much we paid for the room. We would have went downstairs again to confirm it was the right room but we were exhausted after a long travel day. Better training is needed for desk staff.

The lobby was beautiful so I had high hopes for the room. This was my first hotel stay since covid and I really expected the room to be much cleaner. The bathroom had spots on the counter, door, soap dish, shower and door that obviously weren’t wiped down. The light switches were dirty which made me assume no real sanitizing is happening above normal. The wash cloth folded in the shower had a make up stain on it. It didn’t make me feel very safe. I really thought hotels would be going above and beyond right now. I was really glad I brought my own Clorox wipes!
