Our bags were taken right away and bottled water offered. Quick check in and very attentive staff. Very lovely surroundings and rooms were large and clean. The breakfast had a very large variety of foods from which to choose.

What a lovely hotel in an incredible building! I'm a historian so this place was a dream. My partner and I weren't there long enough to enjoy the bar/restaurant, but both looked very fine indeed. The room amenities were great, location perfect, and the check in/out experience seamless. There was one front desk guy who made an impression (I think his name was Hunter?) as one of the most professional, accommodating, and kind people I've encountered while traveling anywhere; he definitely set a positive tone for our experience in Denver. We'll be returning to this hotel for sure!

Thank you for being our guest! Hunter is a star and we are so fortunate to have him. We look forward to seeing you again and hope you will have the opportunity to visit Teller Bar and range. A cocktail in the bar while enjoying the history of the lobby and murals can't be beat! See you soon!

The hotel is gorgeous. Its located in the old Colorado National Bank. The staff here really make you feel welcome. From the front desk, to the bartender, to the valet everyone really does there best to make sure your stay is memorable. If your a Marriott member, the breakfast/parking package is the way to go. The rooms are very clean and if you can get a corner room with a view its spectacular. I would even my stay was higher than some of my JW Marriott experiences I have had.

I arrived early — a little before noon — and there were no rooms available in which to check in, despite my reservation. Fair enough, I was several hours earlier than is normal for check in. So I left my bag and attended to the business that brought me to town in the first place. That kept me out until 11:30pm, when I returned to complete my check in and learned that the only room available was on the “first” floor. The first floor is directly off the lobby and below street level. Technically, there is a window but it starts six feet off the ground and is about two feet high. Basically, it’s a $300 a night basement. Why they’d bother having rooms that anyone would be disappointed to be put in is beyond me, but they’ve lost a customer.

This hotel is located downtown in Denver’s former Colorado National Bank building. Historical and gorgeous. Turn of the 20th century meets modern luxury. Beautiful rooms and elegant public seating areas. While my husband attended conference meetings in one of the bank vault meeting rooms (I was envious), I spent time in the excellent hotel gym, numerous lounge areas, and at local Denver sites. Highly recommended.
