We just finished a two night stay at the PI. I can not recommend it more highly - I gave it 5 stars. Why? Great location, superior accommodations, a tasty breakfast AND terrific management. Scott is the on-site manager and he made our stay wonderful . He is fantastic with people and a pleasure to be around - always happy and eager to please the guests. His sidekick Mary was equally wonderful. It’s within walking distance to downtown and is near beautiful parks. What a gem!

If you visit Denver you must spend at least a night at this beautiful hotel. It is a renovated old house, French style design, transformed into an amazing hotel. The property is stunning and the staff is super friendly. Loved it!

I can't begin to say enough about this hotel, the staff and the owner Chris but I'll give it a shot. Everyone made the stay fantastic! Special thank you to Phoebe for you attentiveness and superior level of customer service. For all you Denver residents that might want to get away from working from home and experience one of our city's true hidden treasures, treat yourself and stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel itself is so unique. The people who work here exemplify what customer service should be. Chris, the owner, is as authentic a personality as you will ever meet and makes the experience amazing. Make time to talk with Chris, you won't regret it. In fact take time to meet and talk with each staff member, they're all awesome! I will be sure to stay again and visit the remaining 6 rooms that we weren't able to stay in during this visit. Only had the time and opportunity to stay in 3 rooms during this visit. Thanks to Chris, Phoebe, Mary, Scott and Erica for making the stay the best vacation ever!!

My wife and I stayed at the Patterson and slept in the Library Room. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is great. But let's face it, you're there to take in the historic majesty of the old mansion house. We may or may nor have experienced a ghostly encounter in the room. We'll never know. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the parking situation. The parking is a half block away and we were a bit wary of the security of the area. When we returned iin the morning our car was fine but there was a used needle and cutoff ankle monitor near our car. Perhaps fence in the parking area?

We stayed one night at the Patterson Inn in Room No. 9, and it was an absolutely delightful place. The staff was so friendly, kind and great communicators - checking in with us the week before our arrival to let us know about the quirks of their check-in process, parking details, and to schedule our breakfast slot. Speaking of breakfast - it was DELICIOUS. While we got in too late for wine hour, I'm sure that would have been fantastic as well. The room was very clean and well apportioned, with a large desk, SUPER comfortable bed, and Smart TV for you Netflix binging pleasure. Each room has a different theme, so make sure the one you choose meets your needs, but the No. 9 was super fun, with a Beetlejuice-esque theme that we enjoyed immensely. We fixated on the claw foot tub for a relaxing bath after a long day :) Overall, great place to stay and will definitely be back for future stops in Denver!
