Needless to say, the location is within walking distance to the museums, capitol and the downtown street mall area. They have 4 reserved parking spaces in the lot just over 1-1/2 blocks from the residence and a loading zone right in front of the building so that you can safely unload and then park your car for free downtown. The owner, Chris, went out of his way to make us feel at home as we had our 50th wedding anniversary revow ceremony here with only our kids and my father in attendance. We had a terrific experience with Scott, the chef, for making us appetizers that fed our crew and they have a liquor license and free happy hour so we had a champagne toast as well. Provided our own cake that they put in their refrigerator until the proper time. Erica is a silent yet essential employee who provided the best service ever and was always scurrying around to get things done. The breakfast was fantastic every morning with 2 or 3 choices of entrees (no buffets due to Covid). They took ever precaution to make sure that all of us were safe throughout the building. Our room, Prague, was located in the top most corner of the building underneath the tower; the two upper windows definitely need some window treatments as the sun shines in full strength in the morning and the WiFi signal is really weak in the room but strong throughout the building. Despite those few things, they couldn't have done a better job in taking care of us or our guests. Can't wait to see the improvements that Scott has planned for the building.

Great location! We were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go. Everything else just a short drive. Property itself is a gorgeous restored mansion with all sorts of intriguing features. Delicious breakfast each morning, prepared to order. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Would definitely staff here again.
