What could be a rather staid city hotel experience is elevated by the superior service of the staff at the Four Seasons. Every need is anticipated and delivered efficiently. Especially recommend trying the Edge Steakhouse for dinner one night... best meal I've ever had in Denver!

My first impression is that this hotel is not of the level of overthetop service and elegance of the Four seasons Brand. It was nice but expected more given prior Four seasons experiences. Cons: extremely limited menus and horrible for vegans or vegetarian if they spend more than 2 nights, Views are not great. We upgraded to the Mountain View and the mountains were obscured a bit by the UC building maintenance HVAC etc system on their roof . All the great views are for the fours season residences floors 16 and up. Parking rate is INSANE. Park in the lot half a block way for a third of the price. Screwed up our bill by hundreds, so we had to call to have it corrected but they did. Pro: great service. Lovely lobby. Best gym of any hotel I've ever been in (gym has a rower and 2 peloton bikes full weight sets, many machines of all types and able floor space for non machine workouts. A+++ gym. HOT TUB outside and pool heated and open year round. And most importantly spa access to steam room, whirlpool, relaxation room, lockers and changing room open to all guest as included in your style. I took full advantage of the pool, gym and spa as this was a relaxing quick couples get away. It's pricey but so worth it.

We had to spend a night in Denver , because we missed a connection flight . Wantig to stay on the safe side , we had AMEX Centurion book a room at the 4Seasons Denver. The "upgrade " which we were entitled , was a so called "mountain view" room , which looked at a parking garage. That would not have been so bad , but the standard of the room for 900 USD was abominable. Worn cabinets , wall to wall carpeting and bathroom built with the cheapest materials . Not a single item in the room was classy . We felt like idiots to have picked this hotel and it was the last time we stayed at a Four Season.

The Four Seasons was already by far the best hotel in Denver (and probably Colorado) and with the recent renovation, and even greater attention to detail, has risen to a new level. The rooms and public areas (especially the bar and restaurant) are spectacular and the service, in every area and department, is exceptional and superior to what we've experienced even at other top luxury resorts. There are many thoughtful touches and elements that have been incorporated into the remodel and reimagining of the hotel that enhance the guest experience in many ways. The food and drink at the restaurant and bars is absolutely superb, and the gym and spa are also wonderful. Though the Four Seasons is expensive, it provides an unmatched experience in Denver - highly recommended!!

Check in was incredibly slow. We felt the service of the front desk was lacking, the only front desk employee who impressed us was on duty in the morning on Saturday November 20th. Upon check out there were parking charges on our account although we didn't even have a car our entire visit to Denver & we had to resolve that. We stayed for our wedding & on our wedding night our friends gave us a ride back to our hotel & parked in front of the hotel for about 3-5 minutes , we were immediately given a hard time by the front desk , it was 1 AM & there was absolutely no one around, I was literally in my wedding dress & the front desk was fighting with us over a car parked for 3 minutes so we could unload our wedding items up to the room. We felt the room did not live up to expectations.the surround sound system in our room did not work. We also did not appreciate that the mini fridge was unusable for anything other than items for purchase, we had waters, beers, white claws etc. That were warm until a friendly bell hop went above & beyond & brought a drink cart with multiple ice buckets up for us. Our friends called ahead to have strawberries & champagne delivered to our room on our wedding night & they were delivered the wrong night, the night before our wedding, ruining the surprise. Also the morning of the wedding my cousin ordered & paid for 3 bottles of champagne up to the room for Mimosas while the bride & bridal party got ready, 3 glasses of champagne were delivered so she had to call down to have that fixed as well. Every order that was made on our behalf to be brought up to the room was incorrect. We chose the 4 seasons over the Ritz Carlton as we heard it was newer and more modern, but for the price we paid per night we should have stayed at the Ritz. The first few nights of our stay in Denver we stayed at the Hyatt Regency & felt the service & room quality was better than what we received at what we expected to be one of the nicest hotels in Denver. The only positives about our stay were the incredible bath tub & the bell service was fantastic the entirety of our stay.
