Recently reopened after purported remodel. Mostly new paint and furniture of no particular note. Thinly staffed, but friendly. When shown to our room, a dirty room service cart was still positioned outside of our entry door. No afternoon makeup service or evening turndown service. Bar felt a little bit like an empty barn, but in fairness had there been more people, it could have been ok. Dining room felt more like a breakfast/lunch room than a high end steakhouse. Food was mediocre. Much better off going down the street to Capitol Grill or Ocean Prime for the same fare and price. Spa was not fully open. but massages were good as they should have been for the price. Nothing special about the outside pool area. Have recommended this place often in the past, but they have a ways to go to get back on top.

The Four Seasons is such a gem. This is the first hotel stay that I've had in over a year, and it was so lovely and luxurious that I fear I will be spoiled for life! We arrived on a very hot day, tired & stressed from our journey. From the moment we arrived at the property, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Upon learning that it was my sister's birthday, they sent up a lovely basket of fruit and a birthday cupcake. Nice touch. We dumped our stuff in the room and ventured off to the pool, worried that it would be super crowded, and that we'd have trouble finding a seat. Not only was there plenty of seating, but we were able to stay out of the sun for most of the day, due to the clever design of the pool/seating area, as well as the friendly poolside staff that brought umbrellas over to shade our lounge chairs later in the afternoon. The food and drink served poolside was delicious and fresh. Later in the evening, we ventured to the bar, where we received excellent service, and encountered a bartender who really knows how to mix a filthy dirty martini - a rare find! Room service orders were quick to arrive, and the dinner items that we ordered were fabulous. The rooms are well-appointed, with amazingly comfortable beds, and beautiful bathrooms. During an extremely hot week, the climate control was on point and QUIET - a very pleasant surprise. Thank you, Four Seasons! We hope to see you again soon!

Our visit started off rocky with some cleaning issues in our room. That said, Sylvia, the front office manager, went out of her way to make things right for us. We ended up in a nicer room with a few extras. I appreciate her efforts. I do think there are still some training issues. We called before booking to ensure that the spa was open - especially the steam room and sauna. We were told they were. They are not. You can get specific services but not use the spa. Also, we visited the pool on Saturday 6/12, after a day of exploring. Got set up around 3:30 only to be told that the pool was closing at 5 for a private event. I appreciate you want to hold a wedding and get extra revenue, but there was no advanced warning of this. Without the pool or spa, I’m not sure what we are getting for the money. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel a few days this week and I’m fairly shocked by the rudeness of the staff. There are very few hellos and they certainly don’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome. For the amount of money I am paid, it would be nice not to feel like I annoyed the front desk staff everytime I walk inside. Also, the room I had a weird layout, with a table and desk pushed together with two chairs. Not sure what the purpose of that was. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone going forward.

When I got to the four seasons it was amazing. The decorations, people and all of the things were excellent. After we got to the four seasons I realized I have just forgotten my backpack in the taxi! The hotel was very nice that they checked the cameras to see who was the driver in the taxi and called him to go back to the hotel and when he got to the hotel I was surprised! He gave me my backpack! I was very surprised because if that happened in México none of the hotel employees would care. That’s why I recommend Four Seasons Hotel Denver at a 100%
