This was my first Four Seasons stay. Pampered was the one word I would use to describe my stay. I felt completely catered to and had a most luxurious stay. I will seek out Four Seasons in the future for all my needs.
We again enjoyed a one-night stay at this hotel for various reasons. 1. Staff is extremely well trained and attentive to all wishes of their customers. 2. Rooms are very well equipment and very functional. 3. The restaurant is convenient and again extremely well staffed. Food is very good. Wine list is great. 4. Location is perfect if you want to go out to a great restaurant in the vicinity. Now our favorite place in Denver.
Beautiful property and excellence customer experience! Front desk staff were outstanding (james, shane, anisha (sp?)) and managers (ryan) ensured the best customer experience! highly recommend! ------
I have stayed at this hotel several times and I enjoy it every time. The rooms are clean, pretty and so quiet - I always sleep so well. The staff is outstanding. We enjoyed the bar and the restaurant very much. The house keeping staff was also very helpful.
I love the Four Seasons properties and the level of service one can expect from this company. I stayed recently at the Landon Four Seasons at Trinity and it was excellent. The Denver Four Seasons has a great staff and is a nice property. The number one amenity listed for the property is the pool deck, and it is quite a gem in downtown Denver. I worked all day and went to the pool at 4:45 pm only to be told I was not allowed because a private party booked the entire deck. So, an amenity I am paying $1000 a night for was off limits at the only time I can use it. The hotel decided to generate additional revenue by leasing out an amenity I am paying for. At no time, before, during or after check-in were we told the pool would be leased out. Perhaps part of the pool deck could be rented while business travelers like myself could use another portion. Management offered me a bottle of wine. I don't need wine or champagne, I can buy my own. What I lack is TIME as most business people who stay at Four Seasons will tell you. I am very disappointed they did not consider this when they decided to sell out the amenity to a private party.…
At the price point I expected a bit more from the hotel with the brand it carries. We had a premium room so the views of the mountains and the free standing tub were a nice touch. Staff was nice and friendly but not much was offered beyond that. This hotel does offer a lot to those who are willing to pay for extras as they take requests for most of everything. But if you do not need attention to extra items or a personal concierge, then maybe a different hotel would better suit you. I had the experience, but might not look to book here in future.
Stayed here for a quick getaway to celebrate a special occasion. Hotel was really busy due to high occupancy so staff interactions were more perfunctory than the typical Four Seasons stay, but everyone was gracious and showed warm hospitality. Hotel and room were modern and well equipped. Great outdoor pool and hot tub, solid fitness center. Dining was solid as well. Service was a bit slower than expected at certain points due to occupancy, but the hotel proactively addressed the issues. One of our better Four Seasons city hotel stays, would certainly stay here again next time we are in Denver.
I can not say enough good things about this property, the service, and location. The staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent. We had a lovely executive suite on the 10th floor. It was spacious with fantastic city views from every room (even the extra bath!). The furnishings were modern and in great shape. We had breakfast at The Edge restaurant two mornings and were impressed with the service and the quality of the food. The location is great given it is walking distance to many restaurants. I could not have asked for a better experience at this property and highly recommend it. I stay at the Four Seasons every chance I get, and this property is one of the best I have stayed at in the last several years (and yes, I traveled even the pandemic!).
I didn’t stay at the hotel. I came for breakfast at the Edge. I knew nothing about it other than it’s the Four Seasons and the brand is consistent with exemplary service and food quality no matter what city you’re in around the globe. Edge restaurant at this location did not disappoint. I just became vegan a month ago so I knew my choices would be limited. I expected that and it’s totally fine. I was coming for the tranquility of the dining experience. The non vegan choices on the menu sure did tempt me! It took great discipline to not order a favorite- croque madame. But I stayed the course and ordered the peanut butter and jelly chia bowl and coffee. Both were exceptional. I will definitely replicate the chia bowl at home. It was that good. Directly from the menu: Chia, fresh Strawberry slices, Blueberry jelly, Honey Roasted Peanut Butter. I dined for close to two hours and never felt rushed. While the chia bowl and coffee might be able to be replicated elsewhere, the ‘it’ factor that sets Edge apart is service by Daniel. He’s just a delight and knows that fine balance between attentive and too much. If you go solo or with your family, see if you can be seated in Daniel’s section. You’re welcome! Enjoy.…
Nice, comfortable rooms in this cool looking tower of a hotel. Four Seasons is known for their first-rate service and they did not disappoint. You're walking distance to many places in and around the Downtown area. A lovely lobby. Our view was amazing, especially at night. Their spa was a treat. I'll often choose the Four Seasons over the Ritz Carlton because of their continuous quality of excellent service. Ritz Carlton seems to be more hit and miss these days. Valet's pricey, but then again, this is the Four Seasons. We plan to stay again on our next trip to Denver.
