Stayed one night (Saturday) in mid June. We paid about $1000 for a suite and a king mountain view room. This hotel is partially renovated into a market and restaurant area from older buildings in a warehouse/industrial district of NE Denver. Upon check-in, we learned that all directions and info about the hotel and amenities would be found by scanning a QR code in the applicable area (over the minibar, on the room dining menu, etc). Not a fan of this at all b/c if your phone is out of service/ battery you will not have access to important info. The lobby clerk was unsmiling and gave no additional tips, info or even "enjoy your stay!" After dining and getting ready for bed in room, found out that the landline in the phone didn't work for any number, including the front desk and 911 (!!!!). The reading lamp in the living room area of suite was broken. The "sofa bed" in the suite was of clearly cheap folding foam rectangles and had not been made with bedding. There was no bedding in the room. Had to go to front desk to ask for bedding. The hot tub was cold (not on, or broken). Used the parking garage overnight; after walking thru the garage, using elevators and visiting all common areas of the hotel during our stay I did not see one DEDICATED SECURITY person posted anywhere. This is an issue b/c of recently gentrified area of town and number of intoxicated people on the grounds (presumably from restaurant and bar areas of the market). I expressed these concerns to the staff upon checkout and I was assured it would be passed on to the management. I have not heard from the management yet. I would avoid this property.

Room Tip: Because I think this hotel is overpriced and frankly unsafe, I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here to enjoy dinner at Safta. Started with trying to find the entrance. Not obvious. Finally got in and settled. Booked a room with a garage door. Good choice. Cocktails at the rooftop bar. Dinner was excellent. Nice to take an elevator to bed. Rooms are spare, but clean and functional. Opening garage door was fun, but smell of nearby BBQ caused us to close it.

Room Tip: Garage doors are fun. Entrance sign is small. Don’t miss it.

My review is too long it’s fine go look on google and Yelp for the real review. Anniversary was never acknowledged. final paragraph of full review. So some tips for how you treat future guests: -Stop locking front doors in this gentrified, quiet neighborhood where no one is coming in except hotel guests (or at least get a damn buzzer/intercom) -Greet every person that walks in (especially the black women, when all the white men who walked in after me got greeted). -Ask guests how their flight was, their trip, or how you can help them every time they approach the front desk. Do better.

We were staying in Keystone, but decided to bug out early for a number of reasons, and I booked The Source. It was really awesome. Great service, hip, modern room, and lots of restaurants in the building/immediate vicinity. This includes one of the top restaurants in the City and a great pizza place, along with a brewery. The beds were among the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Really great concept, and I would definitely return.

We live an hour away from this hotel and wanted a little staycation for my birthday. I booked the “2 queen mountain view and added on the Staycation Upgrade”. See website for what the package includes. Anyway, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 to check in early. I was told it would be an additional $50 to check in at that time. I explained we paid for the package that includes early check in and room upgrade. He then proceeded to tell me that it’s based on availability and my room wasn’t ready. But if I paid another $50, my room could be ready now. We said no thanks and started to head to lunch. Then he stopped me and said he’d let me check in now, but it would be a 3rd floor room, no upgrade/view. So we said ok and went up to our room. It was very clean but overlooked the HVAC system (313 see photo). We did not ask to move, but we’re disappointed we paid for Mountain View and Staycation upgrade and had neither. It all got better from there as the pool and hot tub were great and also the Woods restaurant was amazing for my birthday dinner. We’d consider giving it another try. Maybe the front desk was having an off day?
