This was my first time staying at a Kimpton hotel, and I loved it! The staff were so kind, every time we walked in the door or out the door it was a hello and a goodbye and a "have fun". Little things like that go a long way. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy! I loved that anytime we headed out the door we could stop by the front desk for a bottle of water to go. They also offered a wine reception in the afternoon and a nightcap each night. This hotel is close to the 16th street mall which offers restaurants, shops all within walking distance. There were some good breakfast places nearby that were easy to get to as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in downtown Denver. You won't be disappointed.
My favorite Kimpton hotel to date! Beautiful lobby, service was excellent and location can't be beat. Also, the front desk upgraded us due to my husband's Spire status and since we booked through Amex. Kudos to Elise with guest services for being so sweet and helpful! We stayed here twice in 2 weeks and will be our first choice when we return. Very nice restaurant in the hotel too with a great happy hour!
We did a pack up and go trip. We were so happy with the accommodations that were chosen for us. We would be happy to come back and stay for another visit. The service is impeccable and they care about their guests having a remarkable stay.
Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We were told our Room #522 had a City View. The view was of the building across the street. Had to keep our blinds closed most of the time. The Front Desk did offer to move us, but we had already unpacked and settled in. Room was clean and comfortable. The Front Desk Manager, Zeke, was extremely helpful and very professional. The hotel is lucky to have him.
My partner had points and booked a weekend stay at the Kimpton Monaco Denver. This hotel is awesome! It's very clean and has a boutique feel. We were able to walk to the Rockies stadium. It's also easy to take a quick Lyft to the areas around town we wanted to try. Check out Urban Putt, which is close to the hotel for Denver-themed putt-putt.
First and foremost, I use trip advisor to pick every hotel I stay at. I rely heavily on reviews to make a choice. We stayed at this hotel on our way into Denver (1 night) took a road trip to Utah National Parks and came back and stayed 2 nights at the end of our trip. All in all it was a great stay each time. The hotel was clean, updated, close to everything and staff was helpful. Rooms were larger and had higher ceilings. Wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone in the Denver city area!
A fantastic location and lovely decor in this hotel. The staff were really friendly and they had a free wine hour and night cap too! Such a lovely idea as we got talking to a few other guests as we enjoyed our wine. Our room was lovely and spacious I would have liked to have been able to open a window. Our only criticism is that there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, when you are in your pjs it’s nice to just grab a coffee but you had to go down to reception to get one and that was only available at certain times.
This hotel was a lovely treat! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. Great location in downtown Denver. The room was clean and they thought of every little detail. If you forgot anything from a makeup mirror to tweezers they would happily provide them. Fun little happy hour every evening. The restaurant was very good too. Would for sure stay here again!
This has quickly become our go to hotel whenever we are in the Denver area, and for good reason. The atmosphere hits just the right balance and all the staff are fantastic. the hotel is good walking distance to almost anything you would need.
